Anurag Dobhal’s wife accused parents of DOWRY DEMAND after they disowned the couple reveals manager

YouTuber Anurag Dobhal, also known as UK07 Rider, is currently in the hospital after a reported suicide attempt following a car crash. The incident occurred on Saturday during an Instagram Live session on the Delhi–Meerut Expressway in Ghaziabad, where Dobhal was allegedly driving over 150 kmph. According to his manager, Rohit Panday, Dobhal was feeling "suffocated" on the day of the incident. Panday stated that Dobhal had mentioned plans to meet his sister and would return shortly. However, shortly after, Dobhal began an Instagram Live session that ended with the crash.

Rohit, clarifying reports of Anurag's recent disownment by his parents, stated they had actually disowned both Anurag and his wife, Ritika Dobhal, in 2025. This information, including a newspaper announcement from that time, is resurfacing. He mentioned Anurag's repeated attempts to reconcile with his family regarding his marriage to Ritika, which were unsuccessful. The manager told The Indian Express that Anurag's parents disowned him after he purchased property worth Rs 2.5 crore in his mother's name, with the manager overseeing the liquidation of funds for the purchase.

The manager explained that after Anurag's marriage, Ritika was not permitted to enter the family home. They returned to the wedding resort, hoping for eventual acceptance, but it didn't happen. Subsequently, Ritika was excluded from the traditional first cooking ceremony in the family kitchen. The couple then relocated to Manali, making multiple attempts to reconnect with the family. This continuing estrangement is also considered a significant factor in Anurag’s current emotional distress.

Further, the manager added, "The family didn’t agree, they would rather tell him that they would disown him. Initially, he thought they were joking, but they went ahead and put the advertisement stating this. After they put out this advertisement, both Ritika and Anurag filed a dowry case against them, where it was mentioned what the family did to them. This is the same dowry case Kalam Ink mentioned about on his Instagram Broadcast channel. The family initiated all of it, not them. Anurag was trying to get back with his family, but they chose to break all ties. We filed the dowry case in retaliation and took Ritika Bhabhi’s permission to do so."

Rohit clarified that Anurag's wife, Ritika, who is eight months pregnant, is with him, refuting rumors spread by influencers suggesting Anurag is alone in the hospital. He stated, "That’s not true," adding, "There are more than 50 people at the hospital right now. Anurag’s family is not answering calls."

He also mentioned that Ritika arrived at the hospital at 6 a.m. on the day Anurag was admitted. "She has been there despite her health issues, but she is still receiving hate," Rohit said.
