I dont think its right bcz non muslims wuld think tht we hav such rasams but the truth is tht we dont..i've mentioned it earliar aswell thy shld hav done proper reserch before showing such things..stupid people.im vv much irritated by thm 😕

I am asking this question here in the Religion section, cuz i know how muslim weddings take place n i think that this wedding is not at all valid, but before judging i thought i will ask u guys?

How a Nikah takes place? I'll try to give a short description here:

1.No marriage can take place without a WALI(guardian of the bride, could be the father, brother, uncle or so on, important is that SHE selects her own guardian)and 2 Witnesses each side. Of course all the guests are witnesses, but still 2+2 have to sign the Nikah-Nama (Marriage Contract).

2.The Kazi/Maulana will ask you to say the 6 Kalma's with him, mostly u have to repeat after him.

3.The Kazi/Maulana will ask the Boy and the Girl separately, whether they r willing to marry this person or not? ... in this procedure it is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that the Kazi will form his question like this 3 times, otherwise the Nikah is NOT VALID: (Example Zoya)

1: "Miss Zoya Farooki, daughter of ...Siddiqui your Nikah is taking place after the islamic law, right at this moment, with a security amount of ...Rupees, to Mr. Ayaan Ahmad Khan son of Rashid Ahmad Khan, DO YOU AGREE TO THIS? ...KYA AAP KO QUBOOL HAI?"

Zoya: "HAN QUBOOL HAI! YES I DO AGREE"... (here no Kazi/Maulana will accept any mumbling, shyness, just head shaking or anything, she has to say it loud and clear!!!)

2: "Miss Zoya Farooki, daughter of ...Siddiqui your Nikah is taking place after the islamic law, right at this moment, with a amount security of ...Rupees, to Mr. Ayaan Ahmad Khan son of Rashid Ahmad Khan, DO YOU AGREE TO THIS? ...KYA AAP KO QUBOOL HAI?"

Zoya: "HAN QUBOOL HAI! YES I DO AGREE"

3: "Miss Zoya Farooki, daughter of ...Siddiqui your Nikah is taking place after islamic law, right at this moment, with a security amount of ...Rupees, to Mr. Ayaan Ahmad Khan son of Rashid Ahmad Khan, DO YOU AGREE TO THIS? ...KYA AAP KO QUBOOL HAI?"

Zoya: "HAN QUBOOL HAI! YES I DO AGREE"

4. Then Zoya has to sign a couple of pages (i think 5) of the Nikah-Nama, Ayaan has to sign the same and all 4 witnesses have to sign too.

My Question now... Did it happen like this???

if Yes: then y r Zoya and Ayaan now trying to explain that they didn't understand what was happening, i mean even a Kid will understand what that means no??

if No: Then what is the point of the Story right now?? I mean if they didnt answer to a clear question (with all details i have explained above) of the Maulana with a clear answer, THEY ARE NOT MARRIED!!! So y is everyone creating such a fuss and about what??

Can some one be so kind and fill me in?

When he was born he was the Prophet and had distinct characteristics of Prophet too but he himself didnt know it and Allah wanted him to be a normal human being infront of all the others to make it visible to them that he is the righteous man in actual...He got to know that he is a prophet of Allah at the age of 40...even before being declared as Prophet the Arabs use to respect him alot because of his good traits and he was the most TRUTHFUL AND HONEST man around he was called as SAdIQ n Amin by them


He was created at first and sent in last as a Prophet the basic logic is he came for the completion of the Message of Allah Almighty so first all the others came and gave the same message but the message was incomplete ,Allah knew it before and that was the way he schemed it and evry other Prophet knew it and mentioned in their teachings that the completition wd be done by the last Prophet Muhammad(Peace be upon him)...

then do they have to sign the nikahnama again and it is signed before marriage or after marriage
