If a Muslim guy gets married to a Hindu girl through special marriage act, can they perform Muslim religious marriage & Hindu marriage ceremony without converting the religion of ur partner?

Don't know that much but i guess that's d reason in such cases couples do registered mrgs like
Saif-Kareena. She also didn't want 2 change religion, so they did registered mrg.😃

OK according to Islam a Muslim cant marry a Hindu without changing to same religion. And about registration of marriage it happens and its common now a days! Like especially marrying Hindus like this us prohibited while I studied somewhere like we can have relation with Christians bcz they have a holy book from Allah and were bestowed with a prophet and they for have belief in Allah except that they make their prophet partner with Allah. But Hindus, no offending, don't have a little belief in Allah so converting to same religion is of prime importance!

If you dont want to convert you religion...then do a court marriage by special act...i dont think hindu marriage in temples demand conversion of muslim religion.

I know there is no pblm abt this in Hindu religion can't say abt Muslim one... Go for court marriage and arrange a big lavish reception... You can also perform common traditions like haldi, mehndi and sangeet which happens in both and for pheras and nikkah go for court procedures...

Its a very though question according to Muslim a non muslim have to convert to muslim to get married religiously otherwise its not consider marriage it say even if a muslim convert to any other religion they will still remain muslim.

I may be wrong but please consult a moulavi ( the Imam from mosque) or pandit they will tell you better!
