First things first, well progress issey kehte hain!!

I am no psychology student, but itna samajh sakti hoon or I can attempt to understand Zoya here. I think at first, she was feeling stiffled here, with Asad. Perhaps she thought that he would be like any other husband, demanding love and affection from his wife. But that was certainly not the case here. He took care of her, and he was so considerate and understanding. But Zoya, having faced such a huge tragedy was not ready to accept him, and couldnt trust him no matter what he did for her. So she wanted to dissolve the marriage, to save both of them from a life of unhappiness. I dont think Zoya expected him to agree that easily. May be this acted as the crack in the wall she haf knowingly or unknowingly built around her heart.

Precisely yes. She thought Asad like any other husband would CLAIM her to be his property. But then when she realized he is just the opposite of what she had preconceived that subconsciously won her heart. She had nothing to worry about, and she knew that Asad would not cross the limits she had drawn for him and that made her feel at ease. Thus there is the progress in her.

Perhaps, if at that point Asad had disagreed to Zoya's decision, the situation would have worsened. She would have further distanced herself from the world (and him), all in a act of self-defense. She would have felt that nobody was bothered about what she felt or wanted. First her parents got her married to an absolute stranger (after she lost the love of her life) and now if Asad had disagreed, she would have never been able to come out of her misery. Perhaps, this gesture from Asad led her to believe that there is still hope, and perhaps he would understand her, and be her friend, if anything.

The main reason why she behaved so rudely with him on the third day. 👏

I agree even though Asad loves Zoya, her feelings for him have not evolved. Its not even friendship yet. Its a long journey for her :) but im really glad that she is (sort of) making amends and being nice to him. There is only so much that a man can bear from the woman he love. It will take time, but the walls will break. I have full confidence in Asad miyan ;)

Yes they are not yet friends, Asad makes bridges and buildings, this time he has to bridge a home you see 😉

Guilty Zoya, again, much-a-needed. No matter how much you are hurt, no matter how much naive you are... Its never a good idea to take out your anger on a person who loves you.

YES. None caught that part, she was frustrated as in why Asad hurt himself in the process to save her. She didnt want that. Because she was already guilty and this made her more guilty.

I know, I know, yeh sab kehne ki baatein hain, lekin, it does matter. Granted that Zoya has not understood Asad's feelings for her, but oh come on, NO ONE will take care of you like this just for formality. Even if she does not consider him to be her friend even, he considers her as his wife and loves her even.

BING ON. That is what I wanted ZOYA to realize for by Asad's outburst. 😆

Coming to Asad, the symbolism with the Sun was fantastic. Asad has been able yo relate to the sun on ways more than one. It somehow hinted at his loneliness too, perhaps (I can be wrong) Lets see, another bit of nonsense rambling from my side : Well, we all know that the sun is the source of life, and of happiness on earth. From an young age, somehow, Asad has been the Sun for his family. Burning himself up, so that his mother and siblings could have all the happiness of the world. But the Sun is lonely too... Nothing can ever go near it. Asad is similar too, he is lonely. And finally, finally when he found someone whom he could be himself with, he has to be the Sun for her too. Like I have said before, there is only so much that a man can take. Everyone has their limits. He was in pain, and clearly he saw that Zoya does not realize his concern for her. He burst. He decided to make her understand what she has been doing to him. The winter sun has set and the summer sun has risen.

Coming to the shopping scene, it was sooo feel-good for a change. Zoya has sort of started to be affected by Asad, although its by hardly 0.01% But even that's quite a progress since its this Zoya we are talking about. I really hope she realizes that Asad has been hurt, not physically by that wound, but by her words.

Zoya madam made a progress. 😉 lets see how many more steps she has to walk more to realize Asad is the one 😳 😆
