I am no where blaming Asad. I am just sad as a woman that I have to watch this objectification of women in the name of entertainment. Ayaan is wrong in asking. Zoya is immature in not confiding. Both are wrong in getting in this mess. But Asad is also wrong in not asking what Zoya wants. Sadly this will teach Zoya that one day she has to start owning up to her mistakes but for now I am sad that what she wants is no one's concern. She is a human being and even if she made a mistake she can't be forced to do anything. Let's see how Monday plays out. I don't think the Qazi will ask whether she accepts the nikah or not like he is asking Ayaan. But if he does I want her to say no and run away.
