Asad-Zoya Scene 1

First Meeting

Asad was driving his car on the road and almost dashed Zoya. She was in a red wedding dress. She fell down in the ground with a whirl. And a worried Asad got down to check whether she is hurt. Here again he was mesmerized with her beauty while she was busy to take care of her hand that she thought got scratched from falling.

A- Are you ok

Z- Yeah

She removed her tears from eyes. Asad kept on staring at her.

She looked at him for the first time. Asad looked away and started picking up her fallen things of bag. Zoya got up angrily and said

Z- Disappointed?

Asad looked back with surprise and stood up. "jee?" he could only say that. Zoya put her dupatta back on shoulder and said angrily,

Z- Aapne itni koshich ki mujhe marneki. Phir bhi mei bach gayi.

A- Sorry?

Z- Aapko gari chalane ki tameej nehi hai toh gari kiyu chalate hai aap?

Asad looked for a moment disbeliefly to absorb the words of Zoya.

A- Aapko sarak par chalne ki tameej nehi hai toh ghar par kiyu nehi rehti hai aap?

Z- Aapko baat karneke tameej nehi hai toh khamosh kiyu nehi rehte hai aap?

Asad stared for a moment again with a scowl and disbelief

A- Mujhse aaj tak kisine aisi baat nehi ki

Z- Tabhi aap itne badtameej hai.

A- Aap meri baat suniye, bohothi...

He raised his finger towards her while saying this but could not finish his line. She took the small bottle from his hand which he took from ground while taking things of her bag.

Z- peeper spray (she said showing him that). Kaali meerchi ka spray. Rakhna parta hai larkiyoko apni hifajat ke liye.

Too boys in motorbike just then passed before Zoya giving a look to her. Zoya went back to take back things to her things from ground into bag.

Z- "I was better of in Newyork" she continued her grumble.

Z- Newyork mein hi thik thi mei. Yeh jaga hi aisi. Jo bhi larki ko dekhti hai baas gurta hi rehta hai. Larkiya apni protection kare toh kaise kare.

A- Agar larkiya apne najre niche rakhkar chale toh unhe aur kisiki hifajat ki jarurat nehi padegi. Aur ghar se aisi tamasha ban kar niklenge toh sab waise hi dekhegi.

Asad was leaving saying this but Zoya stood up and looked back at him

Z- Excuse me! Aap jaise log saare restrictions larkiyo par hi kiyu lagate ho? Agar isse protection ki jorurat hai toh jorur yehi kuch karti ho. Agar iske saath kuch galat hua hai toh jorur issine kuch kiya hoga. Iss country mei saari

restrictions larkiyo par hi kiyu hai. Don't dress up, yeh maat karo, saajo maat, yaha maat jao, waha maat jaao, Allah Miya what's wrong with this country.

A- Jisse aap pabandi kehrehihai usse hum tehjeeb kehte hai. Numaish pashchim ka ada hai, sharam purab ka gehna, iss mulk mei auratein issi gehne se saajti hai. aapki nikah ki din mei aap se behes nehi karna chahti hu mei.

Saying this he turned to leave.

Z- Aaj nikah nehi hai mera.

Asad turned around and looked at her and her dress up questioningly

Z- Aab aap yeh judgmental look dena bandh kijiye. Yaha par jisse dekho judgement pass karne mei tola rehta hai!

A- Agar aapko iss mulk se itni problem hai to wapas Newyork kiyu nehi chale jaate hai aap?

Z- Allah Miya What's wrong with you? Aap traffic police hai ki logoko yeh batayenge ki unhe kaha aana hai kaha jana hai? And waise bhi mujhe koi shokh nehi hai yaha rehne ka. Ek nehayet joruri kaam se ayi hu, hotei chali jaungi.

A- Bada ehsan hoga apka iss mulk par.

Zoya looked with wide eyes with shock at him and then shrugged. They glared at each other and went to opposite directions.

Great effort.. Nice asya dialogues.. Tfs..

Zoya roaming on Market Streets where Asad) is passing by driving fast his car,leading to struck with Zoya & she slips on Road while A kart full of Marigold Flowers turns over her covering her fully. Asad hurrily comes out from Car to see situation.There starts a Flashback of Asad-Zoya's last fight,both shocked. He says SORRY & pay's money to flower vendor as his flowers were at loss.he's in hurry to go home!

Z- call the police please. Yeh aadmi repeat offender hai. inhone pehle bhi mujhe marne ki koshish ki thi. aur aab yeh phir mujhe marna chahte hai.
A- meri baat suniye.
Z- paas maat ayiega. dur rahiye mujhse. i know ur type very well. shaka se hi racthurus lagte hai aap. larki dekhi nehi ki uski piche lag gaye. you know what? thanks to thic peper spray. kamse kam mere piche toh nehi ayenge aap.
A- aapko apki hefajat ke liye peper spray ki jorurat nehi hai. aapki meethi awaj hi kaafi hai.
Z- being sarcastic and all. what do you mean. kya lagta hai aapko, chikh rahe hu mein yahape? chilla rahi hoon? (she started coughing. Asad gave her water. She took that and instantly returned)
Z- apne pass hi rakhiye. agar mei mar bhi rahi hungi na tab bhi apki haathose pani nehi lungi mei.
A turned to go
Z- (to all) arre aap inhe kuch kehti kiyu nehi? aapki samne itni tej gari chala rahe thein!
old man- gari toh tum tej chala rahe thei,
A- lekin mujhe ghar jaldi pouchna hai. gharwale intejar kar rahe hai.
Old man (to z)- gharwale intejar kar rahe hai
Z- hamare ghar mei toh jaise koi intejar hi nehi kar raha jo yeh hamari upar gari chala de!
Old man- yeh bhi saach hai.
A- dekhiye galati meri thi. mei maafi mang chuka hu. mujhe jane di jiye. jaldi mei hu.
Old man- jara jaldi mein hai yeh.
Z- lekin aap inhe... by the way aap bich mei kiyu bol rahe hai? mei inse direct personal larai kar sakti hu. thank you so much.and by the way you (to asad)? aap tabse mera picha kiyu kar rahe hai? iss country mei kya sare aise hi hai?
A- mei jantahu aap new york se aye hai. lekin hai toh hindustani. aapko iss mulk se itni (he stepped forward and Z brought out pepper spray)
Z- stay away of me. meine kaha na apko paas maat aiye. Aap (she tried to spray the bottle but that didn't work.) Allah miya what's wrong with it? (she sprayed it towards her face to check and it went to her eyes) ooouuuwwwh. plz help. pani please. jaldi pani koi pani dega. (Asad gave water to her hand from the water bottle. She sprinkled the water on face) Some more plz. (She then opened her eyes and saw Asad and shouted) Aapne paani kiu diya? meine aapse kaha tha na agar mei maar bhi jau tab bhi aapse paani nehi lungi. samajhte nehi aap ekbaar. (she said that while Asad handed over the water bottle to her and she took that from him)
A- Incredibly foolish.
(they went to opposite direction. Z saw the water bottle in her and and hit her head with that and said 'awwwf' in pain.)

Ay- slamalekum, bhai

A- walaikumussalam.

Ay- bhai yeh towing wale meri bike leke chale gaye. chorwane kaha jana parega.

A- lakewale police station ke pass. kiyu bike kiyu le gaye?

Ay- bhai ye sab uss larki ke wajah se hua hai

A- koi larki tumhari bike kiyu chura legi?

Ay- nehi nehi, woh meri bike nehi chalarahi thi, woh toh paidal thi, chala toh mei raha tha lekin jis raaste woh jaa rahi thi na woh rastahi kachcha tha. isiliye bike chorkar paidal meine uska picha kiya.

A- beta aise larkio ka picha karti rahoge toh aj toh police tumhari bike lekar gayi. Allahne vhaha toh ekdin police tumhe toe karke leke jayegi

Ay- aap galat samajh rahe hai. yeh woh wali larki hai jiski wajah se us din majar pe gunde mere piche pare hue thei. unki wajah se aapko bhi churri lagi thi. Aur meine apne apko promise kiya tha ki jaha dikh gayi naa woh mujhe chorungi nehi usse.

A- Phir?

Ay- Phir kya hai bhaijaan. piche nikal gaya mei uske.

A- phir

Ay- phir kya bhaijan, saamne jake dekha woh nehi koi aur thi

A- accha hua. ajke jamana ke larkio se dur raho toh hi accha hai. uss roj jab uss larki ki wajah se woh saab hua tha, ussin di ek larki mere gari ki saamne aa gayi thi. bohot hi badtameej larki thi.

Ay- Bhaijaan aapko toh baas ek hi baar mili na! mujhe toh phir se repeat telecast dikha diya. aur aj ussiki wajah se phir gunde mere piche par gaye.

A- Ajeeb baat hai jiss larki ka mei jikr kar raha tha woh mujhe dobara mili thi, aur phir se tamasha kiya tha usne.

Ay- meriwali toh musibat hai, nehi nehi pareshani hai. Magar Allah kasam kya khubsurat pareshani hai bhaijaaan. waise aapki wali kaisi hai?

A- pata nehi.

Ay- pata nehi kya hai hota haibhaijaan. do baar mili hai aap unse.

A- meine kaha na pata nehi.

Ay- Khair jo bhi ho meri wali toh khatarnaak hai.

As- Kya meriwali meriwali laga rakkha hai.

Ay- haha

A- kya hua

Ay- kuch nehi bhaijaan aapki mukh se meriwali bohot bara cute lagta hai. dobara boliye na.

A- ayaan bekar ki baatein bandh karo aur jao apki bike pick up karo

Ay- mei dua karungi bhaijaan ki aapko aapki wali mil jaye.
(Just then Z dashed with A. Her icecream fell on groun. They looked at each other with surprised look.)

A- Aap yaha bhi?

Z- what do you mean yaha bhi? aap mujhe follow kar rahe hai na?

A- mujhe toh lag raha hai aap mujhe follow kar rahe hai.

Z- oh really? Mei aapko follow kar rahe ho? Aapne apni shakal dekhi hai aaine mein? Aapko sarak pe toh kya kabhi twitter pe bhi follow nehi karungi. and by the way yeh mall hai. Yaha pe mere lawa hazzaro log aye hai. Jo I guess aapko follow nehi kar rahe hai. Aapne kam se aye hai. aur mei bhi apne kaam se ayi hu. aapni api ke kiye gift lena hai mujhe.

A- Toh jaake aapna kaam kijiye. Mujhe ghurna bandh kijiye.

Z- excuse me! mei aapko ghur rahi hu? oh yeah, exactly mei aapko ghur rahi hu. Kiyuki isse pehle mei bagar dimaag ki jinda insaan dekha hi nehi.

A- aap meri baat suniye.
(he stepped forwarded to her. Z brought out pepper spray from bag and showed him)

A- yeh pepper spray ka achcha tamasha hai aapka. dekhiye mujhse dur rahiye.

Z- oh really! mujhe bhi koi shokh nehi hai aapke pass aaneka. aapne kya socha tha, ki akeli larki hai, US se ayi hai, iska yahape kaunsi contacts honge? mere yaha pe bohot saare contacts hai. in fact yaha ke sabse sharif aur ijjatdar logo ki ghar pe ruki hu mei.

A- Jiske ghar pe aap rukey hai woh ijjatdar aur sharif yeh manna mere liye thora mushkil hai.

Z- aapne sabko aapne jaise samajh rakkha hai? kabhi unke ghar ayiye toh aapko pata chlegi ki bare log kaise hote hai! in fact woh apko apne ghar toh ghusne nehi denge. Toh bahar se hi dekh li jiye ga. dur dur se.

A- Jis ghar me aap reh rehi hai uski tarag murke dekhna bhi nehi chahunga.

Z- Good for you. Kiyuki waise bhi woh aap jaise logoko aapni ghar ki andar ghusne bhi nehi dete,

A- Allah Hafiz.
