I know I'm late, but I just watched the last episode and omg...loved how Asad shut up Haseena! And the flashback they showed with his music..damn I miss the old Asad. Loved his lines.."main abhi bhi wohi Asad hoon...mujhse koi kuch le nahin sakta." And he did the collar thing he used to do. Damn. I just enjoyed the whole scene at the Khan mansion, every time Haseena looked at Asad. I was cracking up at her expressions.
And the dining table scene, cute and light hearted. I swear though, Asad gets more respect in my eyes by the episode. We keep learning something about him about how he never had time to have fun because he was always working and helping his mother even to the point where he didn't go to class regularly, but still topped his class. That's called hard work and really admirable. I don't think Zoya realizes how lucky she is (Where are guys like this these days???)
When Haseena asked about Najma's college though..LOVED the look Asad gave her. And the smirk he had on his face at the end...Yeah you don't mess with Asad Ahmed Khan or his family lol. About time someone's standing up to her. (The Siddiqui household can learn a thing or two from the Khans). That's one thing I have always loved about Asad's character, when he loves someone he can go to any lengths to ensure they are happy and give them everything.
Other than that, the whole episode all together was really good. Imran finally spoke up and told his mother Najma would continue studying. I guess it's true...love really does give you the courage to speak up. Even the way he was openly flirting with her infront of everyone. If only he can tell them the truth about Tanveer now. They know the type of person she is and could maybe even help him out (if the baby is not his).
Loved Ayaan and Humaira, I don't know why everyone says she can't act. I actually think her acting has improved so much from how it was in the beginning. And is it just me or has she been looking prettier lately (she was always pretty) but lately she's been looking stunning. I loved how Humaira put Ayaan in his place and pretty much called him out on everything he accused Imran of doing.
I'm really conflicted about Ghafoor though. I don't know what to think about his character. He obviously loves his daughter more than anything and can do anything for her, and I don't think he's a bad guy, but then all that he's done in the past makes me think twice. I'm really wondering how they are going to play that all out, unless the writers as usual change the story last minute and forget everything they showed in earlier episodes. It's obviously that he will pick Humaira though when the truth comes out over Zoya and reject her. But I really don't think Humaira would just automatically hate Zoya and have a problem with her. Something major would have to happen between them (which could also lead to the possibility of Ayaan-Asad clash- still thinking about what could possibly be so drastic to lead to huge war).
On that note, I want to end with...WHEN is Asad going to cut his hair!!? And is it just me or does he look shorter with the longer hair lol.
