Part 13:
Outside of the Hosiptal:
Zoya was kind of leaning on Asad for support. Asad was holding her hand.
Asad: Ammi, you and Tamatar take this car and go home with the driver and I will bring Zoya in a taxi with me.
Najma: But Bhaijaan, how can you take care of Zoya all by yourself. I mean me and Ammi know how to take better care of her.
Dilshad: Najma, I think Asad is right. We should go home and clean Zoya's room so she can be comfortable.
Zoya: But Phoopi...
Asad: Zoya if Ammi agreed then why are you starting in argument?
Zoya: Mr.Khan you think I am arguing? Whatever, its useless to talk to you.
Asad decided not to speak knowing Zoya's condition right now.
Dilshad: Asad, did you pick up Zoya's medicines?
Asad: Yes Ammi.
Najma: Ammi, lets go before its late.
Najma and Dilshad left in the car with the driver. Asad searched for a taxi he found one and stopped it. Asad lend Zoya his hand for support to sit in the car but Zoya ignored it and sat in the car without support. Asad went in the taxi after her. In the taxi, Zoya was feeling really weak so she fell on Asad's shoulder.(Mitwa Moment)
Zoya: Sorry!
Asad: Its okay.
Zoya go up from his shoulder but she was starting to fell really dizzy. She got unconscious and fell on Asad's shoulder again. Asad decided to leave Zoya like that and he wasn't worried that she fainted because the doctor told him things like this may happen to her for 2-3 days.
Ayan's residence:
It was night time. Ayan was setting up a candle light dinner for him and Humaira in the yard. Ayan put lights around the table and put a rose and card for her in the center of the table. Ayan himself had made Humaira pasta with sauce and also a small chocolate cake for dessert. He had left a saree on Humaira's bed. The color of the saree was orange with a peach blouse with a letter. He was sure Humaira would love it. Ayan sprinkled around flower petals around the table. As soon had Humaira sat on her chair, flower petals would fall down on her head.
Humaira's bedroom:
On her bed she spotted a gift wrapped in wrapping paper. She opened it. Inside was a orange saree. She loved it. She spotted a letter along with the saree. The letter said:
Dear my Humaira darling,
Meet me in the yard as soon as you get ready in the saree I gifted you. There is a surprise for you. I haven't ever expressed my love to you. Today I will. I love you. Come soon.
Love: Ayan
Humaira grew super happy seeing the letter. She quickly went to change and went innthe yard. It was super dark. She slipped but someone caught her midway. It was Ayan. They had an eyelock. Humaira regained her composure.
Ayan: You look so beautiful. More beautiful then the moon. Today I will tell you what I feel about you. Whenever you are around me, I can feel it without looking up and my heartbeat gets faster. I love you more than anyone. You are my life. If something happened to you, I won't be able to live anymore.
Humaira was blushing. Ayan held her hand and made her sit on her chair. Flower petals fell on her. She was smiling. Humaira saw the rose and was blushing even more. She picked up the card and in it "Tum Hi Ho" was playing from Ashique 2. Both of them ate, looking at eachother. Later both of them had a romantic dance on Ishq Wala Love.
Asad's Residence:
Asad carries Zoya into the house.
Dilshad: What happened to Zoya?
Asad: Ammi, nothing. The doctor said she may faint like this many times but its nothing serious.
Asad carries Zoya into her room and lays her on the bed. He sits beside her and caresses her hair and kisses her on the forehead.

Precap: Zoya is talking to her Aappi and Jiju. Asad is buying her dress for Zoya with Jewellary. Nikhat and Noozat are also in the store where Asad is.
