Assalam-u-alaikum friends...

I'm Aazeen... A pure muslim from India... And to be precise, from Asyaland, Bhopal... 😆

Eid in Bhopal, is celebrated in a very lavish yet a simple manner...

Morning starts wid having a bath, wearing new clothes and all... Men are fed with Siwaiyaan [The particular sweet much talked about in Muslims]... Then Men to to Masjids/mosques or Idgah to offer Namaz for eid [While women offer at home, coz here, women do not go to Masjids, as men and women cannot offer namaz together... Although, the namaz for eid is not a complusion for women... Well. Thats a topic of controvercy] And when the men return after namaz, all the relatives and friends come and meet each other...

Our home is loaded wid guests right from 11 am, and we do not even realise, when the evening comes...

Then in the eve, we go to our relatives place...

Eid is celebrated here for 3 days... Ie. Eid, Baasi Eid and Tibaasi Eid...

Some people go to small fares, where there are swings and all for kids...

Hmmm... Thats how, we celebrate Eid...

Haan... Khana bataana toh bhool hi gayi... Wid Biryani, we have PURI, CHOLE, PANEER, SIWAIYAAN, CUTELTS, and all... Phewww!!!
