Lets be straight up here, do you think he likes you? Have the same friend re-read the texts to see if he flirts back after doing it yourself. And if you think he likes you, he probably does.

Mentally slap all those bas***ds in your head, I used to be so scared of rejection that I never acted, and then suddenly I grew balls (figuratively) and decided the people rejecting me are missing out. So when you get rejected, you cry, eat ice cream and then get over it. Now moving on, try to talk to him, since you usually text you may not even like him in person anymore, at all. And then look for those little cues. If you think he is staring at you, YAWN, it's contagious. Mwahaha, this is what have Rahul up on countless occasions ;) and then when you are comfortable as friends (in person) bring it up!

TADA! And then we move on based on the success of the above plan :)
