thanks for the info...I don't know about DMG...this is only my second Indian soap...the only comparison I have is Barun as Asr and he did a wonderful job.

Right now AAK is a broken man, a man with very low self worth and self esteem. He feels he has wronged her and wouldn't want to do anything against her wishes. Imagine it must have torn him to learn what she is going through. I won't be surprised if he sleeps on the floor tonight...

It's a tragic situation because I feel she would have forgiven him if he had shown some initiative but that man has very low self esteem right now. Billi not only assaulted him physically, she raped his spirit and essence too. A woman who has gone through a similar situation would react similarly...rape victims are the same, men or women

I know that Sangi...I personally work with rape victims...they go through PTSD which takes years to subside and treat...but saying that Asad doesn't know that he was framed by the rapist...he as an individual will not be having symptoms of PTSD because he doesn't feel violated ...what he feels is guilt...a person in love in such a situation wouldn't be walking away from the woman he has hurt...he wouldn't be thinking about himself at this point but would be trying to ask for her forgiveness...I think it was extremely selfish of him.

I still feel he doesn't deserve her...he has a long way to go. Currently I read the updates and then choose the scenes I want to see...so yes I was relieved that the rapist wasn't there.

I can't believe you think so.. Anyways its your opinion.. That man can feel her presence, he cursed himself badly, for one month he was living like hell, imagining her crazily everywhere and still you think he does not deserve her, strange.. He was respecting her wishes. He does not feel he deserves Zoya anymore,.. He was not there to prove his innocence beacause he thinks he is guilty, he just wants to make sure if she is fine.. You need to give space to other person.. If he comes in fron of her, she would have remembered everything and felt more pain. Do you think creating chaos, fighting with those ppl would have made Zoya happy? Every person react differently to the situation.. Some other lover may have done that but Asad's way is different that does not make him wrong.. Let me give you example, if I die or something happens to me, my mom will cry like hell but my dad will be calm quiet that does not mean my dad loves me less than mom. Both will have same pain, both love me, the way of reacting is different..

Why did she run out in happiness in the first place if she didn't want to meet him?

Why does Zoya stay cooped up inside the orphanage day after day, going through the motions just like Asad? Almost robotic. Never smiling, never talking. Why hasn't Zoya gone back to being her normal bubbly, perky self by now? Why hasn't she kicked Tanveer's ass for ruining her wedding day and her life?

Do you see how ridiculous all that sounds? Its the same as saying Asad cares only about himself and that he's selfish because for you he didnt try hard enough. I dont know if you're being serious with your responses or that you're just blinded by your love for Zoya that you cant see anything else but her.

PS: I'm not an Asad fan only. I'm a fan of everyone in the show except Razia, Tanveer and sometimes Ayaan.

PPS: For all we know Asad will go back there the next morning and try to meet her again.

Andrea... No I am not blinded by my love for Zoya but I will not deny that I watch this show only for Zoya...and yes when I say that Asad is selfish I very well mean it. I have worked with many individuals in my profession to recognize certain traits of a person...Right now Asad feels guilty and above all he feels that he has proved his worst fears right that is he has become his dad...at present he is very much consumed with himself and what he has done...which is overshadowing Zoya's condition in his eyes. It's selfish of him to walk away knowing that he is the person responsible for Zoya's condition...no I don't want him to barge in but yes I expected him to wait patiently for her...I expected him to not drive away and not fearing that he would lose her again. It wasn't convincing enough for me.
