Star Plus should have a new show - Trial & Error

I don't understand why Star Plus now loves Time Leaps much more than before.

During S1 and for past shows, Leaps used to be taken after 4-5 years of the show (KSBKBT, KZK, KGGK, YRKKH, SNS)

Now every year we see the shows taking leaps ranging from 6 Months to 10 Years. Previously shows used to take 2-3 Leaps max in their timespan and that too of 8-10 or directly 18-20 years.

Star Plus interferes a lot in the shows in the recent years I see. They make leads die, separate, marry someone else much more.

If they love so much Masala, why don't they have a show dedicated to take leaps everyday. Why can't they focus on all family members of a show and not just the Leads.
