He was right.

From his perspective, he has only seen Ms. Farouqui act all hyper with some 'made-up' accusations that have never borne fruit.

On the other hand, he has first hand seen how jealous Ms.Faoruqui has gotten when Tunveer touches him or seeks his company. She has also admitted to it.

The audience is privy to all the happenings; but Mr. Khan at best can only associate all of Ms. Farouqui's allegations as her flights of jealousy or at worst see them as her losing her marbles.

He has been given absolutely no cause to doubt a childhood friend whom even his mother likes a lot and calls the epitome of decorum and gentility.

Making Ms.Faoruqui apologize was actually quite right and showing etiquette(from his POV); which Ms. Farouqui, frankly, has displayed little of so far.
As a guest she has repeatedly interfered in their personal business, and in the name of 'good for you/thought about you', meddled to her heart's content.
In any society's book, it is rather bad manners and lack of culture to do so.

What the hell is going on with Nikhat and her family? She isnt even married yet and Nikhat's mil is treating her like shit and her family knows all this yet they are just accepting it? I mean what in the heavens name is wrong with Indian tv shows? Why are they so regressive? Have you ever seen an American or British tv show so regressive? Period tv shows are my favorite and even in all the period shows I have watched...I have never seen things so regressive as in this show with Asad-Zoya and Nikhat and I forget her loser's fiance's (who cant stand up in front of her mommy's) name.

I really need to stop watching Indian shows but dont know why I cant. Maybe because I grew up in India watching them and now its a bad habit or it keeps me connected to India... I dont know. But I need to stop for my own sanity.

Putting together the circumstances -the company is in place, order book is fine, the earring and Tanveer suggesting that she cld have been in Zoya place, do all these not ring a bell? Zoya put forth some doubts and she is seeking clarifications, so instead of trying to address them, all Asad does is rebuke her for being curious?😵 Asad is a business man and successful one at that, can he not find out the truth? THe banks and investment companies- are the best ones to reveal the truth. He could have used his resources to find about Tanveer's company and infact the Insurance company would be best😆😆 But NO he disagrees and is asking Zoya to get more proof?

Ah well as Zoya accepted today, Asad does NOT TRUST her. So is this love?🤔 ( Asad's)

Finally was Asad right in asking Zoya to apologize? What purpose does that serve?

Can someone please explain me how this whole responsibility thing works in the Indian society? I have seen Asad always mention that Cat woman is his responsibility. In America our children is are responsibility...even spouses are not considered in the category for whose actions or life you are responsible for. So how is it possible that this grown adult woman suddenly pops up in his life after 10 years and she is his responsibility? She lives in their house without contributing...without any desire to start her own life or business...this is so unbelievable ! For heaven's sake she is not a child...how is she Asad's responsibility?

Please someone explain me ...is this how the society works there? A friend can just indefinitely come and move in someone's house?
