In simple word 'no'.

I know many are giving various reasons. All that is all right. But remember, Zoya is not a child. You make a child apologies to give them lessons in manners and humility. You do not ask an adult to so even if they are wrong. The apology should come on its own. No matter how wrong I am, I wouldn't take kindly to my husband asking me to apologies to any one. Being an adult this decision is mine. So in my opinion the same apply to Asad and Zoya relationship. Esp when they aren't even married yet.

He was right.

From his perspective, he has only seen Ms. Farouqui act all hyper with some 'made-up' accusations that have never borne fruit.

On the other hand, he has first hand seen how jealous Ms.Faoruqui has gotten when Tunveer touches him or seeks his company. She has also admitted to it.

The audience is privy to all the happenings; but Mr. Khan at best can only associate all of Ms. Farouqui's allegations as her flights of jealousy or at worst see them as her losing her marbles.

He has been given absolutely no cause to doubt a childhood friend whom even his mother likes a lot and calls the epitome of decorum and gentility.

Making Ms.Faoruqui apologize was actually quite right and showing etiquette(from his POV); which Ms. Farouqui, frankly, has displayed little of so far.
As a guest she has repeatedly interfered in their personal business, and in the name of 'good for you/thought about you', meddled to her heart's content.
In any society's book, it is rather bad manners and lack of culture to do so.

I'm not Saying Asad was wrong here but If my best friend (who lost her business ) staying with me than i have right to find out who use her business name & website .It's not bad manner at all .

What the hell is going on with Nikhat and her family? She isnt even married yet and Nikhat's mil is treating her like shit and her family knows all this yet they are just accepting it? What's worse is that Nikhat is just accepting it too as if its her fate to be miserable forever? What the hell? She gave up dancing because her husband (wait he isnt her husband yet) said so.
What in the f'ing heck is going on?
My parents would never have let me marry a man like that. Never. And Nikhat's family apprently doesnt give a damn about her, but then again she doesnt give a damn about her future then why should her family right...
I mean what in the heavens name is wrong with Indian tv shows? Why are they so regressive? Have you ever seen an American or British tv show so regressive? Period tv shows are my favorite and even in all the period shows I have watched...I have never seen things so regressive as in this show with Asad-Zoya and Nikhat and I forget her loser's fiance's (who cant stand up in front of her mommy's) name.
I really need to stop watching Indian shows but dont know why I cant. Maybe because I grew up in India watching them and now its a bad habit or it keeps me connected to India... I dont know. But I need to stop for my own sanity.

this is my second Indian serial and I really want to stop watching too...but again it's my only connection to anything Indian.

I don't know about other shows but it seems from the pattern that ...4lions has bunch of sexist and mysogynist writers. Gul loves her M&B male characters and she loves rebuking and demeaning women because there is hardly any redemption track in the serials. It's pathetic. Asad who doesn't even have the balls to properly apologize for all his insults has the audacity to order zoya around to apologize. I don't even know where to start with the Nikhat story...she is been called Kali hai...meri bahu Kali hai like thousand times and still she desperately wants to get married to the spineless Imran. What nonsense is this?

Can someone please explain me how this whole responsibility thing works in the Indian society? I have seen Asad always mention that Cat woman is his responsibility. In America our children is are responsibility...even spouses are not considered in the category for whose actions or life you are responsible for. So how is it possible that this grown adult woman suddenly pops up in his life after 10 years and she is his responsibility? She lives in their house without contributing...without any desire to start her own life or business...this is so unbelievable ! For heaven's sake she is not a child...how is she Asad's responsibility?

Please someone explain me ...is this how the society works there? A friend can just indefinitely come and move in someone's house?

It all started with the doubt Zoya has developed for Tanveer after the earring. She found the bank statements ( which she shd have taken to Asad😆😆but she keeps then back😲🤡. She orders online and the packet is found inside Tanveer's bathroom which she quietly sneaks out ( not informing anyone). Next she challenges Tanveer in front of Asad whom she knows lacks trust in her. Asad after yelling at Zoya, makes her apologize to Tanveer. This is not liked by Dilshad too but still he goes ahead. Heartbroked Zoya does apologise and even after seeing ZOya crying, he has the nerve to ask Tanveer-is she ok?😳😔

Putting together the circumstances -the company is in place, order book is fine, the earring and Tanveer suggesting that she cld have been in Zoya place, do all these not ring a bell? Zoya put forth some doubts and she is seeking clarifications, so instead of trying to address them, all Asad does is rebuke her for being curious?😵 Asad is a business man and successful one at that, can he not find out the truth? THe banks and investment companies- are the best ones to reveal the truth. He could have used his resources to find about Tanveer's company and infact the Insurance company would be best😆😆 But NO he disagrees and is asking Zoya to get more proof?
Ah well as Zoya accepted today, Asad does NOT TRUST her. So is this love?🤔 ( Asad's)
Finally was Asad right in asking Zoya to apologize? What purpose does that serve?

I completely agree with you.

He was in no place whatsoever to order her to apologize to Tanveer. Especially after he never properly apologized to Zoya after the whole fire fiasco. I'm sorry but apologizing when the other person is asleep doesn't consist of an apology even if you f**king cried your eyes out). When he himself cannot apologize to the woman he supposedly loves, who gave him the permission to demand an apology from others?

I'm sorry, but to those saying that he has changed, has he? Sure he did not shout at her, but what he did today was worse! He demeaned her in front of everyone in that house. He demanded that he apologized to her. And just because he called her a family member does not make what he did right! Absolutely not.

Asad has issues and he needs to grow the hell up. Now, I admit that he doesn't know what Tanveer is really like and I don't mind him caring for her like he does but to claim to love a girl and then say that he needs proof to believe her?
That's love? Bullshit!

The foundation of love is trust. You can't love a person but not trust them. It seems to me that Asad is only physically attracted to her.

I never really respected Asad, but after today, I just want Zoya to get the hell away from that house.

Yes when someone stays in your house...they are your responsibility but no a friend doesnt normally stay indefitenely at your house, but until the guest is there...they are under your roof thus if anything happens to them you would be answerable.
