Dunno...
It seems to be all about lust or physical features and attraction for those features.
One loves a person for who they are inside.
Which is why I have a tough time understanding Indian soaps...'love' is shown as physical attraction...many times against one's 'mind', as in QH.
Sure, love can develop from physical attraction (actually not all that often); but for that the two people must like each other, their ways, thoughts, beliefs, values, outlooks, perspectives, etc.
Physical attraction fades rather fast after...er...'dori opening'...a.k.a consummation.😆
In this case, Mr. Khan is dead-set against Ms. Farouqui and yet feels a physical attraction to her.
This attraction is depicted as 'transcendental love' by the PH by showcasing backdrops of religious institutions (a divinely nod); and various other rather unbelievable mechanisms to show how this physical attraction is not lust but love.
I, for one, don't really buy it.
It is, however, rather interesting to see all the phangurlz who do buy such a kind of 'love'.
