Miss, I have said my share on Thursday's episode, we have an ample number of discussions on it and this is not the thread for it here. I am in total disagreement with you about this being about an ego clash or that these two even had what I call a heartfelt conversation. Let's just not go there on this thread. This thread is about whether or not the show has run out of material by playing its trump card do quickly and if this show has anything left to offer after taking such a drastic risk. Let us stay focused.

Thanks.

Well, that was just the reply for your post. And about running out of story, I just wonder and appreciate your self confidence that you know exactly what's in the mind of the writers. And if I were to be a writer then for me still there is a lot more to happen, the raaz is the curtain opening for the drama to unfold. And about love and romantic track it's yet to begin, I don't know your idea of love, but for me love doesn't have any rules that you should fall for perfect person, blooming of love can't be stopped from a slap or bitter words and it can't initiated by care, good words or even respect. So we never know when we will be trapped in an unconditional love, I say this out of my personal expirrence. Asad and Zoya's journey has a lot to unfold, nobody knows the destiny.

Great topic Laila ;)

Maybe they have to get this raaz over with to move on to something new? A change in the story line perhaps? Have they only been commissioned for a few shows?

Asad needs to be properly repentant for his actions - not just sorry over a cuppa. He was scared yes but he took it too far. Zoya should keep him at arms distance now. He can "Mitwa" all he wants from across the room but she should politely ignore him. He needs a reality check and CVs please make sure you don't stop payment on it 😆

I think will take a while for Zoya to find her abbu. She may get into more 'situations' and Asad will fall in easily to be her saviour.

Later on though I want to see someone come in who can make Zoya laugh, smile, and who will make her feel beautiful. Maybe his/her college friend. Then Asad will see what he's been doing wrong. He will see how much he wants a woman like her in his life - brave, caring, funny - and will burn with jealousy at the easy friendship/comfort level they have.

I want him to realize his feelings first before she does. Waaayyy before she does. The Ayaan angle will make for a raunchy show and I'm sure that what sells but I'd rather see Zoya help to bring the siblings together than tear the families apart.

What about if Zoya saves Asad one time? then she starts calling him bechari 😆 or he starts saying "Allah Miyan what's wrong with you?"

Indian women are treated as ideal doormats in all the serials. Its sick and I've honestly lost hope of seeing a good strong female who can stand up for herself. Here every 'good' girl is supposed to be innocent, naive and most of all a spineless doormat..its pathetic.
oh please! nopes she can stand up but always against the person who's right and give them an hour long bhaashan and make a fool outta herself by trusting the wrong person always I can really write an essay on how much I hate the way women are treated in shows here.

Hey Laila,

My expectations are subterranean to be honest and tonights episode just made it worse. No words for it. Nor for Zoya's 360 🤢 But I'm looking forward to the mystery or as you say the trump card revelation... I never watched for the romance track so no comments there. I'll stop watching this in a couple of weeks anyway cause I'm heading off for a vacation and then when I come back I'm starting work so will have no time. I honestly in any case wouldn't have stuck around for the triangle track. I don't want QH writers mocking the delicate concept of Halaala. I have no faith that they will be able to pull it off with justifiability and they may end up gaining the ire of certain Muslim organizations as well. They should definitely not even go there.

Kind of helps to know some...and my family knows a few of them too 😉 Yes, but the raaz track is opening at lightening speed. Unless Nick and Nora - I mean Asad and Zoya - get to spend time on it, you really don't have much else happening with the other characters...

Sounds like you have a rather idealized viewpoint of love...let me some up Asad and Zoya - she leaves - she and Ayaan get together - they separate - she ends up with Asad cause of some marriage rules (and these will not be permissible per the religion but I seriously don't think the writers will care) and then Asad and Zoya will fall for each other. So this is not the crux of the story...

Bee, that's called padding. The story on Zee - well who knows if that is every going to happen...however, based on my analysis from other shows it will start in two months...which makes sense since the story will be revealed. However, this show has one storyline too. It's about a guy how has two wives...he was blackmailed into being with one...

I am stunned that they are playing the triumph cards so quickly because now that the secret is out of the bag...then what? What's the rest of the story? See, they will do what other shows will do after this...make up other nonsensical ones...or drag this out of a whole year just like other shows.

Laila, on the contrary, I'm curious and more interested in QH these days bcos of the way they are trying to reveal that 'Fire' incident so soon. At least they aren't dragging that part and I'm happy about it. But I'm not so sure that they will reveal all.
'After that what?' Is what I will wait n watch.

From what I saw today, i get that Zoya had no qualms with the way Asad behaved with her the past couple of days. If she was angry with him, that would hv paved way for her leaving Asad and going for Ayan when he finally 'sees' her and falls for her, but then from today's episode, i don't see that happening as well.

I don't have much experience with 4Lions PH, I just know that all their previous shows were based on M&B stuff. But if I'm not wrong, this is the 1st time the have partnered with Mrunal Jha and hence I see the difference that QH is not one more M&B stuff. I have heard my friends say the same as well, who did watch previous 4Lions Productions.

As long as Mrunal Jha is with them, I don't think they will run out of materials. If I'm proven wrong, or if with or without her, the content gets back to any other 4Lions stuff, then there might not be anything left for me, bcos episodes based on 'forced' mitwa-moments are not for me.

Actually I would be curious to see what they come with for Rashid. I mean, what's the endgame here? What does uniting the two families mean? Surely we can't have one big happy household with 2 wives and 5 children?!

What I would like to watch: Both Shireen and Dilshaad telling Rashid to take a hike...

Girl, don't even hope for that to happen. You got what you go today and that's about it...life is going to be back to normal in the Khan household...and I know that sucks but that's it for you. 😛 So here is a big hug from me to you to overcome that loss 🤗 CV have closed chapter on this forever unless they read my posts and actually think uh-oh.

I think will take a while for Zoya to find her abbu. She may get into more 'situations' and Asad will fall in easily to be her saviour.

She only remembers that every time he threatens to throw her out and now he is not going to, so I don't see her going on that quest any time soon.

Later on though I want to see someone come in who can make Zoya laugh, smile, and who will make her feel beautiful. Maybe his/her college friend. Then Asad will see what he's been doing wrong. Unforuntately I see this as being Ayaan.

Believe me, after a while I thought they had given up on the idea...but the lightening speed of this raaz disclosing has made me think again.

What about if Zoya saves Asad one time? then she starts calling him bechari 😆 or he starts saying "Allah Miyan what's wrong with you?"

She should 😉

Rashid is the biggest mystery for me as well. His spinelessness frustrates me to no end but his reticence also intrigues me. Plus the actor pulls off the role with aplomb.

@bold
you have a point here
very true love is unconditional and need not be perfect
but you will expect your partner to respect you or vice versa
respect is very important

but 4 lions romance track will be absolutely stunning
we will love it
