As a storyline, Qubool Hai is running out of material...the story is based on a two families with Zoya as the catalyst that will unite them. Their triumph card is currently being played...they have revealed that Rashid is a unlikely victim who has been blackmailed into staying in the house following a fire.
Although the sequence of events don't fit in order based on the years now that we know who the culprits are and desi Nick and Nora (aka Asad and Zoya) figure out the mystery...exactly what is going to be left of the show?
Razia and Siddiqui end up in jail and Rashid returns home...and Zoya finds out who dun what to her parents...
At the speed this show is going and their light handed treatment of serious issues, what is left of this show? I can see this storyline pretty much ending in a month.
Like all dramas a script is often written with 3 months - if the channel likes the show, then the show is commissioned for additional episodes. Of all the shows I have watched the first three months are often the most organized and thought out...but as we can see here...the show is being written each week and no longer in advance.
There a way to many inconsistencies at play here such as the timing of events and the recent mega blooper of Asad knowing that Zoya was an orphan. THe Ayaan-Humaira track has been exhausted and we have not seen much of Haseena Bhi.
As in all shows, new writers are sometimes introduced at the 3-month phase as it is a lot cheaper. That is when we often see the storyline change, look confused and inconsistent...
I am kind of bewildered as to what we have in store...the romantic track is dead for me so I am curious to see how this show can sustain itself once all is revealed. By bets are that we will definitely be seeing an Asad-Zoya-Ayaan storyline in the next couple of months...
