a single tear slid down, it has been so long, he hadn't been here for 3 years and when he has it brought back many memories. He touched the picture, pressing his fingers against the glass. It had been three years since her death and finally he's returned. Just looking at the picture brought back many memories. His love his beloved was no more she was gone that unfateful day, and the only words she spoke were "I'm sorry..I broke our promise...sorry...I'm dying before you..."
Only if he had arrived at time...he remembered holding her head on his lap crying his heart out
Ever since he shifted away from home, away from everything that reminds him of her. As soon as he arrived at the airport, he drove all the way here...where their home was on the hill, where her grave was burried...under the blossom tree.
He walked around the house, nothing was touched, which meant no one ever came here.
He walked out to the back of the hill, to her grave, where she lies. Many petals fell from above giving the tombstone a natural color, he knelt down and traced her name which was engraved onto the stone. Imrana Khan...
"sir" someone called out from behind. He turned his head a bit showing the side to his employee, who he had brought along
"sir, hume jaana hoga..." he continued
"Mein aa jaungi, you go ahead" he replied
his employee left and he turned back to her gravestone.
He reached into his coat and pulled out a rose, her favorite flower, and placed it on the ground in front of the gravestone.
He stood again and looked up at the sky, ever since her death he's been like this, but he hadn't turned cold hearted...yet
he remembers her saying before "You'd rather hurt, than feel nothing at all...I know I would"
She still affects him in many ways, but that's the price of love...isn't it?
He turned and stared walking, as he put on his Ray Bans on to cover his teary eyes.
******
He sat in the car alone...as usual. It used to be him and her, but that changed a while back, destiny had something else planned, but he still couldn't accept the fact that she was really gone. After three long years...
He looked up seeing a form walk in front of his gar, and with all force he turned the wheel trying not to hit the person, the back tire screeched against the concrete road as it came to a halt and he quickly stepped out of the car to see if he had hit someone.
There the edge of the road sat a girl, black hair, dressed in a light blue top and fitted jeans, a side bag which had her name imprinted on it. She held her foot, of which blood was coming out, he hair covering her face.
Asad kneeled besides her and had the sudden urge of seeing her face, but he didn't know why.
"I'm so-" he tried saying
"Allah miya whats wrong with you? Aap ghaari nahi chala sakte?!"
Her hair flew out of her face, revealing her angelic face.
He stood dead at his his end, was he surprised at the fact that she was welling away at him, or that she was an exact copy of...Imrana
"I-aah!" She looked down at her foot
He held her food, trying to stop the blood
They were sitting in the middle of the road, he looked left and right then picked her up
"Kya kar rahi hai" she said in his arms
"Hospital leke jaaraha hoon" he said
She kept quiet as he walked toward the car
The side bag lies on the road with the name Zoya Farookin imprinted on it
Because Destiny had something else planned
This was a totally, absolutely, random OS, It wasn't planned, but I was listening to the song Need You Now, and the idea popped in my head. I don't know who Imrana is is, so don't ask, the name came to my head out of no where.
Please comment and criticise, tells me how it was 😳
