If i had been in ASAD place and if any guest try to tag my sister like zoya doing to nazma i would have been angry with her ... becoz as Asad is very possesive and very close to his sister and when Asad loose the bet zoya could have told him that she is going to watch match with nazma and h cant say no then there wouldnt have any problem ... bt draging nazma irked Asad alot ...

but i also believe Asad restriction on girls needed to be changed bt zoya oversartness is nt applicable in india .. we shld act accoding to places chahe ap kitne care free ho

It was rather odd anyway that he was watching it himself at home and didn't volunteer to take em himself. 🤓 So I say, he is obviously not justified. Obviously not.

I agree hes is a complete chauvinist, I'm eagerly waiting for the day when he changes ... and yeah he has no right to bring Zoyas parents into it...!!!!

Discussing your whereabouts with your spouse should be made mandatory to avoid divorce rates to hike, y'know? But discussing, not asking for permission. That way you're making em your master while I take marriage is two people equally invested into a rather huge relationship. I'm sorry if I sound offensive, but a man, if not your father has no right to grant you permissions. And if you do ask for their permission anyway, shouldn't they ask for your permission too, outta equality's sake? 🤔

i wanted to add the other part but deleted it now i think i must add it...RELIGION OBLIGED ...No offence taken nor given...Modernism does not make changes in religion my dear...this is a fact...

@salavega n Priyanka

I feel its IMO to understand that ASad never meant to behave like a tyrant or stuff...he is just overprotective of Najma coz well rashid shirked his responsibility and hence ASad is like that
Also, Zoya is staying inhis house and he feels obligated to look after her...remember he asked her if she wants to go somehwere m he could drive her and stuff ...but yeah he could have taken her ...

@attiyah yeah baby Zoya is carefree, talk ABIUT being bubbly and yeah diamond is cutting into fine diamond..I got I addicted...oops sorry about that😉

@ raj bingo 🤗
Perfect way to analyze ...put urself in that person's place and the think ...very nicely put ...yes India ain't a new York and ASad knows that.

I also think that religion doesn't teach gender inequality , god has created men and women equal plus many people have A tendency to interpret religion or scriptures the wrong way. All the gender differences, apart from the biological differences , are created by man to suit his purpose and many times men like Asad use the so called culture as a tool for oppression.

One thing is clear God has made a beautiful world, and would want both men and women to enjoy it equally.

He is so over possessed by her sister, I think why he felt so much infuriated because she took Najma out with her. He wants to save her sis from every bit of evil as he is lone child left by his father, so he don't want Najma to face the same. Its my opinion. but ya throwing her out of house was too much by his side, and another reason is Zoya is the first girl that is been able to hurt his Male ego so i guess the reason for over reaction

@ Samantha yes I agree he at times comes across as a chauvinist but understand its not about religion, he is over protective coz of his past and he is used to living like this coz his mother, sis and bro all listen tomhinn respect him...at the same time Zoya hit his weakness ir Najma out in the open and without himbeing there for protection , which made him lose it completely.

@kashkajenrox yes, Zoya hurt him here it hurts most, the big fat male ego ...good point there ..

Asad is justified in his Behaviour...Zoya is a very rough ,illmannered and immature girl...ur mischeif or good heart doesnot give u a permit to do whatever u consider the right ...u shd behave specially whne you are a guest

Asad has tolerated her to the core...he has not misbehaved with her for once...but she doesnt care abt any anay any thing ...Asad do have his own his own rules for living but he has never pushed others to the core what ZoYA DO with her rules in order to alter other people mind...when Najma said she likes to have short hair Asad clearly had no objection for that as he respect for his relation which Zoya doesnt have ...and it is clear through her behaviour towards her Api...Asad i snot a male chauvanist but Zoya surely is an arrogant brat

One imp point here is ...not just about being male chauvinism. ..but it is about a protective sibling...he had been over protective about his sister..now some one is challenging this protectiveness ...and he is reacting to this.

I am a woman...and I have put curfew on my younger sister...and she had no options than abiding to it...it is more abt being protective snd being stubborn about your belief thsn being male or female.
