Actor Ranveer Singh has shared a fresh poster from his upcoming action film Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge, building buzz ahead of its theatrical release on March 19. The project is directed by Aditya Dhar and serves as the follow up to last year’s hit Dhurandhar. With the countdown to release already underway, the new visual adds to the growing curiosity around the film. Fans have been closely tracking every update about it.

On March 9, Ranveer Singh posted the new artwork on Instagram. The poster shows the actor in two contrasting looks representing characters Jaskirat Singh Rangi and Hamza Ali Mazari. Both avatars carry a serious expression, hinting at the conflict that drives the sequel. Sharing the image, the actor wrote, “THE WRATH OF GOD IS COMING #DhurandharTheRevenge Releasing In Cinemas Worldwide on 19th March 2026. The film will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.” The post quickly drew attention.

Many social media users responded within minutes. Some praised the dramatic design while others focused on Ranveer’s double role in the story. One fan wrote, “You will break your own records with this film." Another commented, “Best poster by far." A third message read, “Ranveer Singh in 2 avatar," followed by fire emojis. The reactions reflected the strong anticipation building online before the film’s arrival in theatres this month nationwide.

The trailer of Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge was unveiled on March 7, offering audiences their first detailed glimpse into the sequel. The footage suggested a darker and more intense chapter compared to the first film. Large scale action scenes, political intrigue and emotional confrontations appear to drive the narrative forward. Director Aditya Dhar seems to expand the story with bigger stakes and wider geopolitical tensions shaping the conflict on screen.

The original Dhurandhar released in December 2025, followed an undercover Indian intelligence officer who entered Karachi’s criminal networks to stop a terror operation targeting India. The narrative drew loose inspiration from real geopolitical developments in South Asia. With Dhurandhar 2, the makers continue the story as the mission grows more dangerous and personal for its central characters. The film arrives in cinemas on March 19, 2026, worldwide release planned across.
