I think he is, only because she took his baby sister with her...even I would be mad.
But then again, did he not say he was busy yesterday..so then what was he doing at home watching the match..he could have taken them right?
I get his love for his sister but I think he is being a little selfish..he should loosen the leash a little and let Najma face the world on her own.
He is not wrong to think that Najma is getting influenced by Zoya..
But I dont give a damn about Zoya breaking his stupid rule...I get that she is a guest at his house but she is no prisoner.

Nishi...I do not know about throwing out being justified...but his anger was justified as far as I am concerned. ...had it been Zoya alone...who had gone..against his wish he might have taken it lightly...but she tagged his sister too...it is bound to irk him...as he is very very over protective...

Maybe i am in minority...but I somehow feel his anger is justified. ...maybe b'coz I have lived and I still live with men with similar thinking...

Hey shishma , u know u aren't alone , I think ASad blew up coz Zoya dragged Najma ...and that is what he could not take ...I have written na , Najma is his weakness ...but Karan nailed the episode beautifully...and it's fun watching him onscreen

I think his anger is justified. When you are staying at a guest's house then you must follow their rules. Although I think that girls deserve freedom and the same rights as boys, I still think that Asad wasn't completely wrong in not letting Zoya go by herself. I don't understand why he wouldn't let Najma go. She can't be with a male person every time she sets foot outside her house! However, I still think that it wasn't right for Zoya to disobey Asad because he did have a point. She's from the US...she doesn't know much about Bhopal, so she shouldn't be going anywhere alone.

My parents won't even let me cross the small street in India, and I'm 22! (prob. because there are either no traffic laws or they aren't enforced)

In the US, I'm allowed to go where ever (except extremely long distances) and whenever I want as long as I let my parents know. In India, I couldn't go anywhere by myself.

I don't understand how Najma can live like the way she does.

The only thing he should be mad about is that she took Najma as well. He is not wrong to think that Najma is getting influenced by Zoya..

You have given both sides of the perspectives beautifully , I have mentioned that Najma is his weakness and also, Zoya has a life of her own...and yeah she is no prisoner but Zoya over did it a bit this time knowing how KHADOOS ASad is.

Discussing your whereabouts with your spouse should be made mandatory to avoid divorce rates to hike, y'know? But discussing, not asking for permission. That way you're making em your master while I take marriage is two people equally invested into a rather huge relationship. I'm sorry if I sound offensive, but a man, if not your father has no right to grant you permissions. And if you do ask for their permission anyway, shouldn't they ask for your permission too, outta equality's sake? 🤔

@ kriti and Aishbaby

I agree when a young girl is a guest at someone's place she automatically becomes then hosts responsibility and hence, the guest should obey certain restrictions and help them...

I just think zoya wants to annoy him more...She believes in having fun in life & let others have fun also...Carefree not bound by rules...

Hi Nishi,

Asad's behavior is not justified. He is a male chauvinist and farther so his thoughts are regressive. I found the precap extremely offensive where he blamed Zoya's parents. That was uncalled for. He simply had no right to be disrespectful towards her parents. It was insulting and humiliating at the same time.

I wish Zoya walks out of the house on her own.
