MELBOURNE MADNESS

Chapter 1

28^th February 2014, time- 5a.m

PaYa's room:

Pankhuri: Adi!! Get up! Its already 5 o'clock! When will we do the packing we have to leave tomorrow early morning and we don't have anything ready oh adi please get up!!

Adi: (yawns): Ye kaun hai jo subha subha chilla rha hai? (Opens one eye and sees pankhu sitting with a fierce expression on her face. She is about to scream but Adi gets up..) OK Ok pankhu mata ye lo main uth gaya..ab mujhe mat dantiye please!(that childish expression on his face)

P: Ok..I won't scold you...but please for god's sake get up! We have to do our packing today itself as we are leaving tomorrow for Australia...so much to pack..I have still not decided what to wear...

A: Why? You have lots of clothes take some of them! Waise bhi we are going only for 10 days so 10 dresses would be enough ! Now don't tell me you don't have even these many dresses!

P: No Adi it's not like that actually mom told me that I should wear western...

(Adi cuts in between..) What!!! Western and you! Hahahaha..(rolls on bed laughing..)

P(angrily): What's there to laugh? Can't I wear western? Well..maybe you don't know but before our shaadi I always used to wear jeans and shirt and skirts..(Now this was a lie on Pankhu's part as she had never worn western...😛.but she had to say so or else adi would make fun of her) And you know what..I look very good in western...

A: Only good? I think you will look quite...(winks😉) sexy!!!!(grins😃)

P(embarrassed😳): Kya Adi aap bhi na...main toh bass aise hi..(can't find a suitable answer)..

A: No need to explain me...I know whatever you wear you will always remain the same Pankhu I know...(caresses her cheeks) and I will always love you regardless of what you wear! (both pankhu and adi smile. Adi now comes closer to pankhu to kiss her..but suddenly there's a sharp knock on the door)

A & P(together): Oh shit!

A(surprised): Pankhu tu bhi?😲 I didn't expect!😉(grins😃)

P(embarrassed): Uff Adi u are so disgusting now please open the door or our door will break with these knocks!

Adi goes and opens the door. Kaira comes rushing into the room.

K: Adi!!! Itna time kyun lagate ho! Kabse bahar khadi hun!!!😡

A: Oh sorry Kaira but what is the matter?😕

K: Arre Adi just come to Rubal and Payal's room and see what's happening!

Adi and pankhu rush to RuYal's room. In RuYal's room-

Payal: What!! You called me stupid! I won't spare you!😡

Rubal: Ha ha toh aur kya bolun? You are stupid! That's why you did like this!

Payal(to adi and pankhu): Dekho na rubel mujhe kya bol raha hai!

Rubel: What will you say? Let me tell you...(turns to paya): You know what she did? Last night I asked her to check out the hotels in Australia in the net as I was a bit busy...and instead of doing so she spent the whole time ordering clothes and jewellery! And now I have received a mail from the site saying that I have to pay a bill of Rs 2,00,000!! Now tell me..isn't this girl totally crazy!!!🤪

Payal: Huh! So what could I do? Mere pass ek bhi dhung ke kapde nahi hai...jo pehen ke main Australia jaisi jagah ja saku...tell me...when was the last time you took me to shopping?

Rubel: I'll tell? I'll Tell? Only last week I took you to the mall...(😆)

Payal: See? Last week!! And for 7 days I haven't gone for shopping!! (😆) All my clothes have become old...(cries😭)

All this time paya were simply grinning and watching the fun .😃 Now pankhuri said: Ok ok!! Now you both please stop! Is this a matter to fight over? Come on! When will you both mature?

Adi, Kaira and pankhu laugh.😆

Rubel: So you think this is a trivial matter? Now tell me...where will we stay in Australia? We haven't got any hotel booked!😲

A: Oh ho mere bhai..mere aur pankhuri ke hote huye tujhe yeh chinta karne ki koi zarurat nahi! We have made all the arrangements! We are going to stay in a 5 star hotel named "Paradise" in Melbourne..😎.happy?

Kaira(to Rubel and payal): See..just look at this couple! They are so understanding and co-operative! And you both! Just fighting over small things!😆

Rubel and payal: Pankhuri , Adi...when will you both stop thinking and caring about others more than yourself?

PaYa(shout together): NEVER!! 😛

(They all laugh)

(Just then Kaira's phone rings. Seeing the number...her smile vanishes.)
