Even i thought d same thing that when did this happen...but then i remembered that he purchased it...but that scene were pankhudi tied that around his neck was not shown.

They showed us Adi buying those and panku asked to whom you are buying. He just simply smiled , he didn't answered her back.. But never showed she tied that to Adi.
