Don't know how I'll be able to comment on this Heartbreaking, Heart-wrenching story 😭

Edited,,...

Sorry Tess I don't think I'll ever be able to comment on this story. It brought back some painful memories. I too had lost my uncle the same way Palak died. He was on ventilators and doctors had said that he won't be revived, they suggested to remove him from ventilator as there was no point as he has gone into vegetative state.

But my Aunt didn't want to. They said that they will take the decision the next day, and that night he died.

He was my moms brother. My mom said that he didn't want his family to blame themselves for taking him off ventilator so God helped him and he breathed his last when the whole family was waiting for the next morning.

I was not there in India but I can still feel the pain of losing him. This story made me cry the way I have not cried even on hearing the news of my Uncles death. Even while writing these lines I'm crying badly. I don't know what words I have written in here as I don't have it in me to read them again. I won't even check for your reply on this comment.

I hope you will understand if I don't comment...

Heartbreaking OS
Couldn't stop my tears
Poor palak got leukemia at very small age
Couldn't even enjoy her childhood bcoz of her sickness
In all this process aarti neglect payal & that's really hurt payal
At least aarti heard payal conversation with yash
Bcoz of palak at least the family got happy family moments for the first time
They create beautiful memories together
But that became the last moment with palak
It was really hard time for aarya & payal but for palak they chose happiness over pain

Superb ! You have 'turned' a tragic story into a sweet , memorable one ! When you ponder over the story you remember only the sweet memories , Palak has left behind , not the earlier unpleasantness or unhappiness ,her illness created !!! Thanks for this lovely concept !

Tessa, this has to be your BEST piece yet. Aarti, in a labyrinth of emotions, has yet again not failed to be my favourite. Palak at a young age has to go through and endure so much pain. The father and daughter relationship between Payal and Yash is one I'm jealous of.

Reading this masterpiece while listening to Arijit Singh's Saware(Phantom) and K. Mohan's Ove Janiya(Katti Batti) made me 😭

AMAZING!!!
