I feel as characters, Pratigya, Krishna, and Abhimanyu have been stubborn in the past. Pratigya was relentless in wanting to punish Krishna for harassing her and her family, she wanted to teach him a lesson. Krishna was also stubborn in his love for a girl who never showed him much affection. Abhimanyu showed the same when he came into their lives and gave Krishna and his family a hard time in the Niwas. In a society where some people to this day will not drink from the same glass, or eat from the same plate as a lower level member of society, the storyline is not out of place. As much as I didn't appreciate the scene where he acted in such a manner, I know Krishna wanted to spare Shakuntala the loss of her son and I commend him for that. I hope the cvs improve his character in the coming weeks even if I won't be there to watch. Krishna could have easily refused to give his blood, then he would have been rid of the lawyer and his mother regardless. His choice to save a man he has always hated shows incredible strength. So does his willingness to let Shakuntala stay in the haveli until her son got well. I think he still can't get over what happened, that it will take time.
