The lagging lead on liberalism front!

Hi frndz,
The common perception is that Pratz is a strong lady who never yields to injustice. This makes some people to view her as a role model. But sadly I hv drawn an altogether different conclusion from the show. Sample this:
1. When Krishna asked her not to work in the office so as to earn money, she simply surrendered and did not even protest. In comparison, when Tanmay forced Arushi to abandon job, she refused to give in to his unjust demand. Here, Arushi emerges as the leading lady and a better icon of women liberalism.
2. Pratz has been staying at TN for past 5 years and has seen thakurs commmitting all sort of crimes. Although she protested against such practices on certain occasions but she has never been able to secure justice being delivered to her criminal in-laws. In terms of output, she has been a huge failure.
3. Despite having so many troubles in her own life, she has constantly been intruding into others' territories. Like she interfered in Arushi's personal life by stopping her marriage to Aman. Infact, it was this foolishly handled move that ended up in Arushi marrying KN. Arushi was justified in turning hostile b'coz Pratz failed to produce any conclusive proof of Aman's cheating, in time.
4. As a wife, she has been unsuccessful in giving quality time to her hubby. I wud never recommend any wife to follow in her footsteps.
All this only proves that Pratz is not behaving as one wud expect from a lead of women-centric show.

What exactly you wanna say? You want to see Arushi as the lead? 😆

Don,t know wht I, ll comment now!!!! Araushi did a job becoz she needs it although if krish stopped Pratz so Pratz had made him to do a job !!! Araushi was Pratz young sis so she shld believe her sis na bt she don,t just for araushi Pratz done everything and in return wht she got disrespect and revenge frm her own sis!! Pratz was and us a gud wife she always made krish understand everything the changed Krishna we c is just becoz of Pratz so frm which angle she is not a successful wife by just not giving much time okk I agree that Pratz shld gave given and show more of her love to krish bt for one reason we can,t ignore the other points !!!! Wht more she can do she always stand against evil things if she was helpless in not doing it practically atlleast she had raised her voice against it which other leads r not doing at all !!!

I too agree with the OP. I admire Arushi more bcos she stood up to injustice against Tanmay. Pratigya agreed to do all the anushtan saying it due to love for Krishna, im sure she would not let any other woman do the same. She wanted Kesar to file a police case against Shakti when he wanted remarriage whereas she was quiet when Krishna was doing the same (she confronted him later at the temple in the last minute).

Arushi is right from the beginning not to hide the truth from Krishna. Her explanation to Pratz of compatibility between partners was excellent.

Well dear everyone is seeing things differently in this case araushi was rit in saying to Pratz not to hide the truth she was absolutely rit widout any doubt bt just for this saying that Pratz is unsuccessful in behaving as a lead is not acceptable atlesast for me never!!!

PRATGYA WAS A STRONG GIRL MORE STRONGER THAN ARUSHI BUT MARRYING KRISHNA AND SAW HIS LOVE TRUE AND PURE LOVE SHE LOST HERSELF IN HIS LOVE
BUT THERE IS TOO MUCH NOT VERY MUCH DIFERENCE BETWEEN BOTH SISTER HUSBAND

Dear, It is not to offend u but I genuinely feel CVs could show Pratz achieving more out of her PBJs. The most important lacuna in her portrayal has been inconsistency of her behaviour.

I agree on certain parts of your initial post. Arushi has taken more of a stand on the having a job issue than Pratigya, so yes, maybe Arushi is doing a better job on that front. However, I completely disagree with point no. 3 where you said that Prats unnecessarily stopped Arushi's wedding without proof. I do not think that if you try to save your sister from a someone's trap, it should be considered 'interfering in her personal life'. A sister has enough rights to do that. If you're going to jump in a well, shouldn't your family try to stop you? Pratigya acted in the best of intentions. Her sister mistook it and made bad decisions.

I do agree with some other points, it is a bit disappointing to see that Pratigya's positivity has not managed to change the thinking of anyone in the family except Krishna. Amma, Shakti etc, as still as evil as ever... And I don't foresee any positive changes in the near future.

chill.dont take everything seriously...why dont u leave these kids alone?? no female lead is perfect...in each and every serial.that makes them more humane.here people are dedicating so much of thir time for their luv of kriya and u are wishing no one gets a wife like pratigya??😲
