Deepika Padukone’s embroidered pink and indigo outfit highlights the beauty of regional Indian fashion

Actor Deepika Padukone recently caught attention online after new photos of her in a traditional Gujarati inspired outfit surfaced on social media. The images were shared by celebrity stylist Shaleena Nathani on Instagram on March 16 and quickly circulated among fashion watchers and fans. The look was part of a wedding celebration appearance and highlighted regional textile influences.

In the pictures, Deepika is seen wearing a richly embroidered pink kurta that falls below the knees. The silhouette remains slightly flared and structured. The outfit features a high round neckline detailed with multicoloured thread embroidery inspired by traditional motifs. The yoke area forms a statement bib style design across the chest, filled with dense embroidery work.
