Chapter 7

Arhaan feels guilty for dreaming about Pooja. In the meanwhile there were rumours afloat that Arhaan has been dating Sonali (they had made a public appearance together for some show already) and now in Pooja's birthday both were seen together. On one hand, he is disturbed by the rumours and on the other hand, he has been battling with himself how to bring Vishal's true color in front of her, what will she think if he does that and many more things.

Mr.Punj (calls Arhaan to ask him about the rumours): Beta ye sab kya sun raha hoon main? Dekho beta mujhse kuch mat chupaao.

Arhaan: papa aap kya keh rahe mujhe kuch samaj mein nahi aa raha hai.

Mr.Punj: saare newspapers aur TV mein yahi kaha jaa rahe hai ki tere aur uss Sonali ke beech kuch chakkar chal raha hai.

Arhaan: aap bhi na papa in sab baaton par dhyaan mat dijiye. Sab jhoot hai. Sonali meri sirf dost hai bas.

Mrs. Punj: Ladoo dekh agar tujhe koi ladki pasand hai to bataa de. Main aur tere papa kabhi manaa nahi karenge. Hume to sirf teri khushi chahiye.

Arhaan: jaanta hoon mama. Par aisa kuch hai hi nahi.

Mrs. Punj: achcha sun main aur tere papa teri shaadi ke baare mein soch rahe the. agar haan keh de to hum log ladki doondhana shuru kar denge.

Arhaan: par mama shaadi ki ab itni jaldi kya hai. mujhe to bahut kuch karna baaki hai. (controlling his tears)

Mrs.Punj: tujhe jo karna hai tu kar. Ladki to hum doondh ne waale hai aur tujhe sirf itna bataa na hai ki tujhe pasand hai ya nahi.

Arhaan: nahi mama. Jab mujhe shaadi karni hai tab khud bataaoonga. Abhi nahi please mujhe force mat kijiye. Bye

Mrs.Punj: ajeeb ladka hai. Sighs!!!

Arhaan is thinking, " main kab ka ladki doondh chukka hoon mama bas uski haan ki intezaar hai."

Days passed. Arhaan has been maintaining a distance from Pooja. The scenes were Krishna comes to know about the truth that Pratigya was kidnapped by Angad for a day was shot. Arhaan was not able to concentrate on he took many takes for each scene and only two scenes were shot that day. Everyone was wondering as to what has happened to him.

The director was heard saying, "ye Arhaan ko ho kya gaya hai. Har scene har shot ek do takes mein okay karne waala aaj itne saare takes liya ek scene ke liye."

Pooja too noticed that he is not like before. He has been maintaining a distance from her. She knew something was disturbing him so she decided to ask him,

Pooja: Kya baat hai tumhe itne pareshaan kyun ho? Aaj tak tum apne koi bhi problems ko kaam ke beech nahi aane diye. Aisa kya ho gaya ki tum concentrate nahi kar paa rahe ho.

Arhaan: aisi koi baat nahi hai Rano.

Pooja: nahi kuch to hai. Tum sab se chupa sakthe ho par mujhse nahi. Kab se dekh rahi hoon tum mujhse teek se baat bhi nahi karte ho.

Arhaan (he looks at her with the guilt in his mind): kuch bhi nahi hai bas subah se mere sar mein dard ho raha tha to isi liye..

Pooja (raising her voice): jhoot mat bolo. Tumhari iss jhoot pe koi bhi vishvaas kar le par main nahi. Tumhari dost hoon achchi tarah se pehchaanti hoon tumhe. Samajhe!!! (kept on nudging him). Aisi kya baat hai jo mujhe nahi bataa sakthe.

Arhaan (shouts): bol raha hoon ki mere sar mein dard ho raha hai. Kyun pareshaan kar rahi ho. Akhela choda do mujhe.

Pooja is shocked at Arhaan's this behaviour. She starts crying and leaves the place. Arhaan realizes what he has done. He curses himself for hurting his love. He cries, "kaise bataatha tumhe ki main tumse pyaar karta hoon Rano. Bahut pyaar karta hoon tumse." Sonali comes there and her doubt has almost been confirmed. She comes there convinces him. But he asks her to leave too.

(Pooja comes home crying) Mr.Chopra: Rano, kya hua tum ro kyun rahi ho?

Mrs. Chopra (tensed): bol to kya hua?

Pooja: papa aaj Arhaan ne mujh par chilaayaa. Aaj tak usne mujhse itni oonchi awaaz mein baat nahi ki hai. Ek to main uska dukh baant na chahthi thi aur wo hai ki….

Mrs.Chopra: bas itni si baat hai. Wo apna gussa to sirf tumhe dikha saktha hai uski best friend jo ho.

Mr.Chopra: Mummy bilkul teek keh rahi hai. Hoga usse koi pareshaani.

Pooja starts thinking and goes into her room. She freshes herself and picks the phone to call him but suddenly stops thinking he might still be angry because she knew Arhaan is very sensitive and it takes time for him to cool down. Then she remembers that there have been rumours about him and Sonali. Just then Arhaan calls her. She is too happy and picks it in just one ring.

Arhaan: Sorry yaar Rano. Pata nahi mujhe kya ho gaya tha. Mujhe aisa tum par chillana nahi chahiye tha.

Pooja: koi baat nahi. Main tumhe samaj sakthi hoon. Waise main jaanti hoon ki tumhari is parehsaani ki wajah.

Arhaan (shocked): Kya… kya jaanti ho? Kisne bataaya?

Pooja: arre sab jaante hai. Tum inn rumours ke wajah se pareshaan ho na. main jaanti hoon. Ye sab baatein dil se mat lagaao. In media waalon ko aur koi kaam nahi hai.

Arhaan (takes a deep breath and relaxes): haan... pata nahi from where do they get all these news. Its very irritating.

Pooja: tum bhi na... in sab baton pe dhayaan mat do. Sonali se seekho kuch kitni tension free hai. Keh rahi thi mujhse "khush hoon ki atleast rumours mein hi sahi Arhaan aur mera naam saath saath hai"

Arhaan (laughs): waise bura mat maano mujhe na uska flirting attitude bilkul bhi pasand nahi hai. Arre usse to thoda sa bhi sharm nahi hai. jab dekho kisi ke saath bhi flirt karti rah thi hai.

Pooja: chalo isi baat pe hasse to sahi. Kitna mushkil hai tumhe manaana. Jo bhi ladki tumhari biwi banegi na uska to bahut bura haal hoga. Socho jab tum dono ke beech jagda hoga aur tum gussa ho gaye Oh my God!!! Uski to saari zindagi tumhe manaane mein chali jaayegi. (she LOL)

Arhaan: par tumhe to bahut achchi tarah se aata hai mujhe manaana.

Pooja: kya?

Arhaan (realizes what he said): nahi kuch nahi. Kal milthe hai

Pooja: yaad hai na kal se Star Parivaar ke rehearsals shuru.

Arhaan: achcha hua yaad dilaa diya. Kal milthe. bye

Chapter 8

The next morning she called up Arhaan to remind him that they had to go for SPA rehearsals. All the popular jodis of star parivaar were dancing for a song and it was decided that they will dance for "Pyaar ki ek kahaani suno" from Honeymoon Travels pvt. Ltd. That whole week they spent together rehearsing as it was salsa dance. At the end of the week, the award function was held and the show won many awards with Arhaan winning Naya Sadsaya award and Arhaan-Pooja winning the favorite jodi award.

They have returned to sets Pooja gets a call in between the shots. Its none other than Vishal.

Vishal: aapko yad hai mera naam Vishal Davey. (with sarcasm)

Pooja: tum aise kyun baat kar rahe ho

Vishal: nahi nahi aap to itni busy rahthi hai aaj kal. Waise main aap se milna chahtha hoon aaj shaam.

Pooja: teek hai.

After the shoot she goes to meet him.

Vishal: mujhe laga tum nahi aaogi

Pooja: aisa kyun.

Vishal: aaj kal tum to bahut hi busy rah thi ho. Chalo achcha hai tumhe mere liye waqt to mila.

Pooja????

Vishal: tum bahut badal gayi ho. Tumhaare birthday pe milthe hum, the last time.

He keeps shouting and irritating her. She is now totally frustrated. She thinks how Arhaan has been so kind to her, how she felt comfortable in his company and all such thoughts were crossing he mind….She gets a call from Arhaan. Vishal does not like this

"Utha lo phone tumhaara Arhaan hoga. usse achchi tarah se pata hai na ki tum mujhse milne aayi ho, mere saath ho phir bhi tumhe call karta hai…. usse to itna bhi manners nahi hai."

Pooja (raises her voice): bas karo Arhaan ke baare mein ek aur shabd bole to mujhse buraa koi nahi hoga aur manners ke baare tum baat karte ho??

Vishal: kehna kya chahthi ho mujhe manners nahi hai?

Pooja: forget it. tumse to baat karna hi bekaar hai aur main bekaar baaton pe time waste karna nahi chahthi (and leaves the place)

Vishal (standing there shouts loudly): haan haan ab to tumhe meri saari baatein bekaar lage gein. Arre time to maine waste kiya hai tumhaare chakkar mein padkar bahut saara waqt barbaad kiya hai maine. (angrily takes out a cigarette and smokes).

Pooja doesn't know that Vishal has all the bad habits. He smokes, drinks and is already married. This is all a plan put by him and his wife to steal away her money.

Pooja goes to meet Arhaan. He has called her for shopping as he needs to buy things for his new home. Pooja is sad and she could not even concentrate or listen to what Arhaan is telling her. He notices her and takes her home. Pooja instead of going inside her home, she directly goes to the terrace and Arhaan follows her.

Arhaan: baat kya hai? kabse dekh raha hoon tum khoyi khoyi si ho… aur yahan kyun aa gayi?

Pooja bursts into tears and hugs him tightly. Arhaan is now very worried.

Pooja: Vishal mere pyaar ke layak nahi hai Arhaan. Usne aaj had hi kar di.

Arhaan: hua kya?

Pooja: tum jaante ho na ki main peechle kuch dino se kitni bagh daud kar rahi hoon. Par usse lagtaa hai ki……. Tak chuki hoon main iss rishte se. hamesha mujhe hi adjust karna padtha hai. wo to mujhe samajh tha bhi nahi hai. har waqt mujhe blame karte rahtha hai. usse to mujh par vishwaas hi nahi

She tightens her hug, " maine faisla le liye hai ab main aur nahi sahoongi. Usse main apne saare rishthe thoda dena chahathi hoon."

Arhaan (He understood that Vishal's true color is slowly coming in front of her. loosens the hug.): Rano koi bhi faisle jald baazi mein nahi liya jaataa. Soch lo, usse ek baar baat karke dekho. Pehla pyaar hai tumhaara. Itna aasaan nahi hai bhoolna. Chah kar bhi koi apna pehla pyaar nahi bhool saktha

Pooja: main to iss rishthe ko pyaar ka naam de kar uss khoobsoorat shabd, ehsaas ki apmaan nahi karna chahthi. (After thinking for a while she says) Par shayad tum teek keh rahe ho ek mauka aur doongi usse agar nahi badla to phir………..

Arhaan: achcha kiya jo tumne ek aur mauka usse den eke baare mein socha. (wipes her tears)ek baat hamesha yaad rakho Rano jiss rishthe mein vishwaas aur pyaar ki kami hai wo rishtha hi nahi. Aur waise bhi rishthe itni aasani se thode bhi nahi jaate.

Pooja hugs him again tightly. Arhaan moves his hands up and down caressing her back and she too reacts. Both are very comfortable in each others arms with a cool breeze blowing. His phone rings up and both come back to normal. Pooja turns away. He picks the phone and it his mom who has called upto tell that he has become MAMA once again. His sister Naina has given birth to a girl baby. He jumps with joy and tells Pooja. Pooja asks him when he is leaving and he replies, "kal raat ki flight se".

The next day Pooja shops and goes to his room to give him the gift which she has bought. Arhaan seeing the gift, smiles and thanks her.

Arhaan: thank you Rano.

Pooja: iski koi zaroorat nahi hai. itna formal kyun ho rahe ho.

She also helps him packing. Goes to the airport to send him off.

Pooja: I will miss you. Phone karo mujhe pahunchthe hi. Good bye.

Arhaan: main bhi miss karoonga tumhe

Both hug and Arhaan places a kiss on her forehead. Even Sonali has also come she smiles seeing them.

Sonali: arre bhai hum bhi to khade hai. koi hume bhi to jappi wappi de

Just then they realize they were behaving like lovers. Both smile and Arhaan hugs Sonali and leaves.

Part 2:-awesomeee...juts superbbb...me falling for ur ff...wowww...so Arja is about to meet...cant wait...me going to read da next part...

Arhaan then tells everything about him and his family and then came Pooja and Avantika's turn to tell about them. All the three were interestingly chatting that they did not realize time.

@red...i think Sonali shud have come in place of Avantika????ryt???
