Both of them are good in their own way...

Sajjan Singh loves his children but couldn't give them best of the morals as Shakti has turned out to be such a beast and useless...Komal and Krishna still have a chance but only because they are lucky to find good partners...

Shyam Saxena gave did not succumb to the social pressures and allowed his daughters to have good education...He supports his children and gives their opinion value...

If I really have to compare...Shyam Saxena the father wins hands down over Sajjan Singh the father....
