Rig Veda as original source is divided in 10 mandals. It definitely had many branches.

Reading Vedas without proper commentary is fruitless, you won't be able to understand what Rishi wants to say actually and you will discard is a primitive book but it's not. Like Yug Sahastra Yojan par Bhanu line of Hanuman chalisa which tells about distance between earth and sun but no one able to decipher it till very recently. Similarly hymns have deep meaning behind it which no one can understand without properly reading commentary of ancient writers. Usually the knowledge was spread through gurus but sadly such gurus who possessed original knowledge are very few , you can say extinct.

In one verse you won't be able to understand why Rishi Augustya Maitavaruni is saying to crush a mongoose till you understand hes talking about antidote of poison.

Ravi Bhushan or not, but both the actor and new director should have known on the get go! And maybe worked with it, at least when filming! Come on, we being from non-filming industry or non-acting background, we get to somehow know that better than those experts in filmmaking.

And the clownary mentioned before, the ones a CEO of Earthcon does in modern times should differ from that being done by royals back in the age, but the CEO's seems to have more suave and royalty than that of a Prince of those time and age bygone and that's the reason it's all cringe.

My vision... Forget it!! I don't have any vision for this show!! I don't even know what the actual planned story is!!!

I have heard such things about film directors as well. By clownery, I meant comedy scenes here . It’s not about the scene but the way he’s enacted them was different and brought out the actual intent . Here it looks more of trying to act cool but failing miserably.

I know what it means, and the "act cool" is Eku's "vision" in recent times, so I've noticed. And apart from Shahir Alu of Kumkum Bhagya, no one else I think was able to pull that thing off. For what I know, Ashok should be more of a hyena, e.g look at it's prey, slowly, fiddle or mock it in a passive aggressive way and then go for it, with little to no OTT expressions, but a grin here or soft smirk (no big smirk) there. That, should do the actual effect.
