Is Rani's career unimpressive?

Rani has had one of the most impressive career graphs of her time. She is one of Bollywood's finest actress. Unfortunately bad choices and personal life rumors brought her down. But during her peak she had some of the finest films. She brought out the 'act' in acting like Madhuri, Karisma, Juhi, Sridevi, etc. She has played almost every role you can think of and for the most part excelled in them all despite the fact that the film itself may not have done tremendously well. On top of that she has had the opportunity to work with all 4 Khans (Shahrukh, Salman, Aamir, Saif) all of which have high praises in regards to her. You put her up against any co-star she looks so good (minus a few).

I agree that her time is over now as it's the generation of the new era. But she was one actress who knew how to act and selected some powerful roles. The 90s/early 2000 era had some amazing scripts that aren't seen today. It would be so nice to see some of those powerful scripts written once again today.

Rani is, was, and will always remain the Queen of Bollywood.

what was so impressive about Rani's films during 2000 era? As far as I remember she did some really crap films. I like Rani in Black, Mehndi, raja ki aye gi barat and Saathiya but all her other films are easily forgetable.

Come on. She's one of the best actresses we've ever had. She has charisma. She brings in life to her character. Rani was invincible at one point.

You are entitled to your own opinion and I respect your opinion. However, I have to disagree with you. Despite some of her films not doing as well at the box office, she has acted well in those films. Her acting is something that comes out strong and noteworthy even though the script may not have been strong. She tried so many various roles and excelled in most of them. Her films may have been crap, but def not her acting.
