Khushi moaned in her sleep when she felt sun rays disturb her sleep.She cuddled more into her soft pillow.Suddenly a huge jug of cold,freezing water was flung at her "AAAHHH" Khushi screamed as she was now awake and freezing.She held her arms and rubbed them trying to keep them warm.Her teeth began chattering and she was shivering.

"What's this?" A card was shoved into this face.

Khushi blinked a few times to see.She gasped realizing it was her driver's license.She slowly looked up to see Arnav.That made her angry "How..How..how dare..you" she managed to say between her chattering teeth.

"Answer first" came Arnav's firm voice.Khushi reached for the warm blanket but Arnav snatched it away "Answer first" he repeated.

Khushi nodded "I..admit I..lied" she shivered "I am..not Singhania...I..I am...Gupta"

Arnav was confused "Don't you want to go back home with him?"

Khushi shook her head "P-please don't...don't tell him..I don't...I don't want to..to go" Arnav sighed and nodded.Khushi reached an arm out for the blanket in his hand "Pl-please"

"Oh,sorry" he said,wrapping the blanket around her.Khushi immediately snuggled into it's coziness.Arnav looked at her.She was still awake but trying to be warm "Sorry about the water incident" he said.Khushi looked up at him "It's just that...I hate people who lie"

Khushi nodded "I'll make sure...never to..do that again" she said,still cold but a bit warm.

Arnav gave a small smile "Now that you're awake,I doubt you'll be falling back asleep" Khushi nodded "You still look cold..I'll help you to the washroom" Arnav picked her up in his arms easily with the blanket still wrapped around her.He took her to the washroom and put her on the counter.

"Thanks" Khushi smiled.

"No problem" he replied and left.

It was the engagement later that day.Many people came and watched NK and Lavanya exchange rings.Food was served and many couples had gone to the dance floor.NK nudged Arnav who was on his phone "What?" Arnav asked.

"What the" said Arnav "How is it my fault if she doesn't eat anything?"

"Just shut up NK" interrupted Arnav.He looked at Khushi who was happily conversing with Lavanya "Has she really not eaten anything?" he asked.

"Nope" replied NK but was dragged away from Arnav by a guest.

Once Khushi and Lavanya were done talking,a relative came up to Lavanya and began to talk to her.Khushi stepped away and looked around.She sat at a table alone.Khushi patted her stomach realizing she was hungry.She was about to get up to get some food when a plate of food was pushed on her table.The food looked delicious.Khushi looked up to see Arnav "Arnav?"

Khushi grinned "Thanks Arnav..come sit with me" Arnav sat across Khushi and smiled "Have some" she offered pushing the plate towards him while taking a bite.

Arnav smiled and nodded.He ate with Khushi and enjoyed it "Awe" awed NK as he approached them.

Arnav rolled his eyes "Just shut up NK"

Khushi giggled "Congrats for your engagement"

"Thanks" grinned NK "One day you guys have to tell me how you two got married,hey how about now" NK grabbed a chair and sat on it.He stared at Arnav and Khushi as if expecting them to speak.

Arnav looked at Khushi "At a shop"

Arnav and Khushi looked at each other as they said their answers at the same time.NK scratched his head "Oh I get it..You guys met at a shop near the temple"

"Um sure" Arnav and Khushi agreed.

"NK" somebody called out"

"See ya guys later" said NK as he left.

Arnav leaned back on his chair "Wait,why are we lying about being married?"

"Well,first of all we didn't technically lie" said Khushi "They assumed we are married and second,it's a reason for me to be here"

Arnav thought about and realized it could be a possibility.He smirked at her "Good to know you have some intelligence"

Khushi widened her mouth into a perfect O "Excuse me?" she said offended.

Arnav chuckled "Arnav" called out Naina.

"Be right back" said Arnav.Khushi nodded.

Arnav went up to Naina and was introduced to some guests.Khushi was playing around with her sari when a man came up to Khushi and stood before her "May I have this dance" he asked.Khushi didn't know what to say.

Arnav smiled and nodded at everything he was being told but not really paying attention.He looked back at Khushi and frowned seeing an unknown man near her.His gesture for a dance was obvious.Arnav didn't like it.He looked at Khushi who seemed frozen.He didn't know when an unknown jealousy crept on him.Arnav walked up to Khushi,ignoring the guests who were talking to him.He patted the man's shoulder.The man turned around.Arnav faked a smile "She's my wife" he claimed.

Khushi put on a puzzled face.The man seemed taken back and nodded.He left.Khushi looked at Arnav "What was that about?" she asked casually.

"You're my wife" he repeated.

"What?" she said confused more than ever.

Arnav grabbed Khushi's hand and pulled her up from her chair "You're my wife" he repeated "No one can dance with you but me" he whispered huskily in her ear,close to her.Khushi closed her eyes as they stayed in that position.Arnav held Khushi's hand and kissed it.He took her to the dance floor.Placing one of her hands on his shoulder,Arnav held the other hand in his and held her waist.Khushi managed to sway with him to the music without passing out.She didn't why suddenly his approximatey was creating havoc on her senses.Khushi tightened her hold on Arnav's shoulder and looked at him.He was already looking at her.Khushi stared into Arnav's dark brown eyes,enchanted by their deepness.She didn't know when she was so close to him that their bodies were almost touching.The music suddenly stopped and the couple came out into the real world.Khushi looked away and so did Arnav.
