Hi everyone,

pls dont bash me...it is just my pov... share your views too but not bashing or blaming!

i am a silent member in this forum... recently i have been reading all the posts about ksg & his quitting related issues... so i am not saying tat he is unprofessional... but after all i came 2 the conclusion that he is unwell now & he had only 1 year contract with them... ok fine... just like u all, i am also wishing him a speedy recovery... but pls clear my doubt friends... that is he had only 1 year contract with them... so even if he is completely healthy & well, it means that he was going 2 leave the show anyway,right? the show is meant 2 b run more then 1 year of time period 4 sure. so was it bound 2 happen that after one year asya's chemistry was going 2 get spoiled or replaced? i dont understand this point... i mean even if he didnt hav any health issues he would have leave the show after 1 year, so as of now, whether he is well or unwell does NOT have any connection with his quitting. it is just an additional information. this quitting was bound 2 happen from the day 1 when the agreement was made regardless of the track of the serial, regardless of his health issues, regardless of the channel or anything. the whole cast & crew of qh was aware of this fact except we fans & viewers. why did he make only 1 year agreement in a long term drama? why did they hire an lead actor who'll leave after 1 yr of the show? why would we want 2 see the replacement or exit of our favorite character in our fav. show? was it known 2 them tat AsYa & KaBhi's popularity & chemistry wont last more than 1 year even b4 they created it on screen..? i dunno whom 2 blame...but i feels like cheated being a loyal viewer of qh & being a loyal fan of AsYa & being a loyal admirer of kaBhi!

all actors only sign one yr contract. it gets renewed everyyr unless there is some prob with the show or with the actor

Every production house makes diff contracts for the actors sometime depending upon popularity some character so he was given a 1 yr contract it could have extended who knows but Zee people didn't give it a thought neither wen ksg must have told of leaving haven't done any such meeting with him like I worked for advertising company they use to sign some for 1 add n some for 3 so this could have not blown if zee would have done something as they were the head they could have easily given hint to public rather then ksg bcoz actors mostly r not allowed to speak but by fake pathetic articles zee people has made it worse

As far as I know, actors usually sign up contracts for a limited time period (usually 1 year) and if the show runs longer, these contracts are re-newed after it is expired. And this is because the channel/ PH themselves do no know how long their show will run when they start the show... a show's lifespan is not pre-decided but goes on till it gets TRP success.

but in the new TB article all the co-actors were saying that they r not shocked because they knew this would happen.that doesnt mean they knew that zee's thing. it only indicated ksg's quitting thing. zee's issues came up recently , but even b4 they all knew about ksg's exit😭

N very few actors sign a contract for like 2 yrs which is rare as yu can't do anything big in that time period n renewal of contracts keep happening like I think in saas bhi bahu thi wen amar upadhay left then for few months to see whether this hero is liked by n wen ronit roy was fit then again a renew thing happened
