Ex-it Kareena, Enter Ash

Abhishek Bachchan has Kareena Kapoor replaced with Ash in Karan Johar's next production. Apparently he still doesn't want to work with ex-flame Karisma's family

Abhishek Bachchan obviously hasn't quite acquired that comfortable level of detached calm when it comes to ex-flame Karisma Kapoor. We've heard that he still doesn't want to have anything to do with her and, by proxy, her family either.

Right now, her 'family' in the film industry refers to sister Kareena Kapoor, the actress he debuted with, in Refugee. Very reliable sources tell us that Abhishek doesn't want to work with Kareena, even today. And that he dug in his heels and made his stance very clear to director Tarun Mansukhani when Tarun planned a cast of Abhishek, Kareena and Saif Ali Khan for his next, the yet untitled film he's making for producer Karan Johar.

"The result was pretty simple. Kareena was quietly removed from the picture and Abhishek's fiance Aishwarya Rai was pencilled into the cast. The problem was solved immediately and all was well," says our source.

Incidentally, this is not the first time that Abhishek has tried to avoid sharing screen space with Kareena. A couple of years ago too, during the making of Mani Ratnam's Yuva, Abhishek had requested that he be spared from being paired with Kareena. So, although the original cast read Abhishek-Kareena and Vivek-Rani, the names were shuffled later. And Rani Mukherji ended up opposite Abhishek and Kareena was paired with Vivek Oberoi.

Evidently, nothing has changed in these last two years. Abhishek is still avoiding anyone close to Karisma Kapoor. And Kareena is still bearing the brunt of her sister's failed relationship

i dont like such behaviour. I don't wanna work with her coz of this i dont wanna work with him coz of this
I mean "Grow Up" thats wat the bollywood needs right now, too many Nakhras, my god. On one hand kareena says I dont wanna work with John and now Abhishek "i dont wanna work with Kareena". Hello, this is world. For how long are you gona avoid karishma or anything related to her? Your in the same "freternity" so why these nakhras wen u know that kareena is doing the same thing as u.
Seriously, this "i don't wanna work with him/her" looks very immature to me, like 5 year olds saying i dont wanna play with this ball but with that ball 😕
though i like both Kareena and Abhishek but such behaviour, arghhhhh

frankly speaking..i dont care bout either ash or kareena..abhi makes a way better pair wid rani..dey both rocked in yuva n B n B...
n ya...if abhis really doing dis..its childish behavious..u cant avoid sum1 like dis..n m not saying dis coz i like kareena..i dont..but its jus immature behavior by abhishek..

this is soo stupid i no kareena said she wont wrk with john but y doesnt abhi want to wrk with kareena its soos stupid they ahve done flims in the past like main prem ki diwani n other but even if u dont like them if they ahve been casts for that role really who is the sacor to say that i dont want to wrk on this film as that person is i feels its slight unpro as some people dont like costars or collagues at wrk but u have to do ur job
