dhoni failed because he's inexperienced and was pressurised to perform much like early-years afridi (in fact even now!)

india plays as a team and wins as a team just like it can fail as a team no1 person is single-handedly responsible for the outcome of a match ... except maybe shane warne 2005 ashes
