ya, true u can never trust these indian airlines. even i have had worst experiences with them............... poor she!!!!!!!!!!! but thank god she finally got it, i have heard people altogether missing their luggages.

btw, she really looks awesome in that pic, i m now contemplating on making that pic my avi.
