Did Saif seem awkward with desi humor?

We all have seen Saif's wit in award shows hosting with Shahrukh, or even on various other interviews and reality tv shows.

But did anyone else find him very restrained and awkward on Comedy Nights with Kapil with the desi humor?

Watch him dancing with the random dude at 40 seconds or with Ali Asgar in the drag act at 5:57

Though his outburst at the "wow" at 6 mins is pretty funny 😆

I really cant tell who has the sharper temper from between Saif and Bebo. Coz it seems like Saif has quiet a temper as well, but Bebo seems she flares up really fast too

who the heck cares, he needs to go and look after his 19 year old daughter. After all Sara IS 19 🤢

What does Sara have to do with the topic when the audience asked him about any fights he's had with Kareena?

P.S.

Sara is an adult and can take care of herself. Legally. Why would her father need to run to a 19 year old and take care of her? She lives independently in her dorms.

I think it's his disconnect with the language that's the reason for his lack or wit on this show.

Kareena for instance was a laugh riot on the show. Heart it got the highest TRPs for her episode.

whoaa...finally something good.

i loved loved the filmfare shows when these 2 hosted. especially all the digs they took on saawariyaan huwa baanwariya...and dancing on tunes of piya piya oh piya piya..

perfect couple as hosts.

bring them back filmfare...

Desu, I felt his restraint too but its scripted maybe thats why. A glimpse of his humor style I saw when he did that "dont ask her either" for the onion rate qstn. 😆

LOL at the question on do he and Bebo fight😆 Yes, I also wonder how he stays cool with her when he's known to be temperamental? I guess he's calm and patient with Bebo. 😆

Is it scripted? I think it might be to a certain extent, but I felt Kareena was so natural at it. The way she responded to the audience and the characters was almost like she was a part of it.

I thinks he's more comfortable with this kinda desi humor wheras maybe Saif might feel a bit outta place?

LOL! I burst out laughing when he recounted hte story of Bebo locking him out.

I once read Saif's interviews ages ago when he and Bebo had just gotten into a relationship. He spoke about how he's working on controling his temper coz both he and Bebo are hot and have anger issues, so when things get heated up, they get really loud. He said he realized that one of them has to become quiet. I think he's the one who does that.

He also said a whlie later that more often than not, after the initial anger burst, Kareena tends to cool down and actually apologizes for bursting on him while he stays quiet 😆
