look, here jalal gave the responsibility to jodha giving punishment to bb doesn't mean jodha was in the place of jalal.. Jalal just gave responsibility a victim to give punishment to her criminal n here if victim wants to forgive her criminal then where the injustic named word came? This same theory jalal can use with his any subject if she/he comes to jalal with same conviction..many r behind why did jodha not give punishment to bb, but didn't bb get punishment by jalal who had given it as a shahensha? After this what kind of punishment rest for bb?
