Chach, Lassi or Nimbu Paani!!!

Whats with DN to introduce Chach, Lassi and Nimbu Paani??? I dnt think she has a right to tell others what they shld drink and what they shoudl not!!! She definitely has a say to point out how much tiem these employees spend in a break but not as to what they can have and what they cannot!!! After all, its a person's personal choice.....

I didnt like her decision on this at all......

and woman, get some good clothes to be presentable!!!

I feel what she did was good. I have my reasons too:

1) It gives the workers a kick in thier backside so at least they know just becuase DN is from a village she ain't going to take things lightly.

2) It introduces group coodination if the workers work together whilst have thier lassi or what have you. This motivates them to work harder and get thier work completed.

3) It's better for thier health then tea/coffee,, therefore better concentration levels.

4) Sometimes change can be good. 😛

DN won't change for someone else. She is an individual with a choose. She can choose whether to work her gao dress or professional dress. If she changes, she would lose her character and identity and some spunk.

Yup DN is an individual and I personally think she made the right decision, because I guess she wants to instill her gao ways in everyone :).

she should atleast speak proper hindi, bhojpuri is for her gaovalas, it won't work in the office 😆 😆

Totally agree with you. And also there's no need for her to change.. Only wearing glamorous sarees or suits doesn't make anyone intelligent enough to carry out the responsiblites of such a huge business. She has right to decide what to wear and what not to. If she's fine with herself wearing what she's wearing right now, we shouldn't object.

yeah!! I agree DN need not change herself for someoen else....The same way DN has no right to change the personal aspect of a human being!!!! I know numerous ppl who are addicted to Tea and wouldnt leave it for anything on this earth!!!!! a official does not have any rights to take any personal decision about his employees!!! I believe If you start getting personal to this extent it hampers the relation between an employer and an employee!!!

well, I knwo ppl who drink tea/coffee thrice a day and do a very good job in the office!!!!Naah!! dont agree on the Tea/coffee front at all....

and a team coordination can be done without a lassi too!!!
