If I have only wrote on one actor is it still gonna be banned...that was a gift to a friend you see

A much needed genuine post... direct or indirest bashing of actors/ characters should never be allowed

It is a rule to not allow very imaginative OSs on actors. Works on characters are allowed under Fanfictions but there is a rule that actors isnt allowed.

Though in D3 forum, we allowed since till date, no one actally took it for the wrong motives. They would write OSs on their favorite actor and actress paired and just a normal OS.

Seeing the turn of events, we can put the rule on this forum as well. But then, ALL OSs on actors will be banned. Whether just a innocent fan-loving OS or the later one being discussed here.

Everyone would have to accept the rule then.

And yes, you can't open such OSs in Fanfictions as it's already not allowed there 😊

these are very simple stories in which writers puts in all his efforts to write iut
banning it would be simply injustice

This way fans can write on their fav but wont get chance to portray other actors in negative light.

Okay, we can consider the ideas posted here. They seem valid and fair to me. A solid decision will be posted here soon after further discussion with DT.

I love the fact that you are making everyone aware of this issue. I am a writer and when I write I like to even make the negative characters positive. It not only makes the readers appreciate all the characters and like them all but also makes the fanfiction more positive. Though I am in no way saying that you can't use negative characters.
I have personally come across many OS, FFs where the previous or the present female lead is turned into a villain so that there is more drama or conflicting events happening in the story. And then readers comment saying that they hate that particular character. Actors, also I have seen being villainous that way and being called words.
