If you read jehangirnama, akbarnama, shahjahan autobiograhy all say she was a great human and kept family together and helped husband(akbar) step son(jehangir) and shah jahan (grandson) a lot. Now if she were bad atleas jehangir who is step son and shah jahan another step grandson would have mentioned her somewhat in poor light. But they did not or no chronicler (british, french, travellers) tell of her in poor light like they say of ex: Nur Jahan. So we can assume she was good person.
When it comes to women, things seldom got out of the harem. Nur Jahan is a different story. Rukaiaya and other women were no match for her. Plus, her nature was out in the open as she was the power behind the throne. And Akbar was no jehangir.
