Hi everyone. I will be writing a MaHer TS, the 1st part will be based on Mahid's POV and 2nd part will be continuation based on Seher's POV.
In this story, Seher is 21 and Mahid is 28. Here Seher and Mahid's Nikkah is happening the just 2 days after Dada Huzur declared he fixed Mahid's Nikkah with Seher. Hence they both are still not in good terms with each other in this storyline.
The story begins.
Mahid's POV
"I wish there was a way I could have gotten out of this. I never wanted someone in my life, I did not need a life partner, especially when it's this mischevious girl, Seher. Who would want to go on a lifetime journey with her?!"
Just then his gaze directed towards Seher. Those eyes of hers portrayed otherwise - innocence. And she was looking stunningly more beautiful than ever. Only thing she didn't had was a smile. But why does he bother?!
Kazi Sahab then asked Seher if she will accept her marriage with Mahid . She said those words 3 times very softly as if she did not want it either. "Qubool. Qubool. Qubool"
And then the Kazi came to him. He told him the conditions and asked Mahid if he accepted the marriage. Mahid had the urge to say no and he maybe was going to, but then he looked at his dear Dada Huzur and Husna Fupijaan. They looked so happy for him, they were the only ones who were there for him since his childhood.
"Qubool! Qubool! Qubool!"
Kazi Sahab declared the Nikkah was now complete and Mahid and Seher became husband and wife.
Most of them were happy there except for the couple themselves. Seher cried hugging her Ammi a lot before she was going to leave with Mahid in the car. Her Ammi consoled her who was crying more than her.
Mahid wasn't sure how to feel about it as he never had a close bond with his Ammi, if
there was any, it was one-sided from him. Seher went and sat beside Mahid wiping her tears. Mahid wanted to console her but hesitated. He just passed her some tissue. She thanked him and wiped her tears which were still rolling from her eyes.
At night,
Mahid came to his room and found Seher sitting quietly and still crying. Now this annoyed him. Mahid spoke up.
Mahid: I did not know you cry a lot?!
Seher: You did not need to leave your mother. How would you understand?!
Mahid: You are right. How would I understand? After all, it was my mother who left me...
Seher looked up to him.
Seher: I am sorry! I didn't mean that...
Mahid stopped her and he went to bed. She looked at him shy and awkward.
Mahid assured her he would not to anything such. Seher quickly took a pillow and put it between the both of them and quietly went to sleep. Mahid also didn't bother.
The journey of Mahid and Seher's marriage wasn't very smooth. They often had clashes. But one day it went haywire.
Mahid came home from Madrasa. He went to the dinning table.
Everyone was mentioning today Seher was cooking and they are excited to taste her food. Seher came and she served the food.
She went to Mahid and passed him a piece of Galaouti Kebab. This triggered him, he recalled his painful past when his Ammi used to prepare Galaouti Kebab for him. He did not want anything to do with his Ammi.
In anger, Mahid flipped the plate, took the plate of Kebabs from Seher's hand and threw it away. Seher got frightened.
Husna Fupijaan tried to calm Mahid down saying his health will worsen but he paid no heed and shouted on Seher. He then looked at her angrily and left.
Mahid went to his room and he could recall those painful moment when his Ammi kept saying she will 'fly'. He know he was losing control and before creating further damage he locked himself in the washroom and soaked himself in the bathtub to cool himself down.
Soon he calmed down and he came out of the washroom.
There he found Seher was sitting on the floor. She had her hands wrapped around her knees and was shivering in fear. He did not like that sight. It really concerned him and he could feel discomfort.
He went to Seher and she avoided glances with him as if he was a lion going to hunt her.
Seher: "Please don't kill me!"
Mahid was surprised. What he did that made her being so afraid of him?! He did not get along with Seher but he never wanted her to be like this. He sat beside her but it got worse as she moved away and started crying. She ran away from the room.
Mahid then realized how he behaved at the dinning table. He felt really guilty. He sat down on his bed speechless. To get some peace he prayed and asked for forgiveness.
To calm things down, soon Dada Huzur hosted a picnic. Seher was avoiding Mahid since that incident. Mahid did not bother her either.
The plan of Seher and Mahid to avoid each other was working till Mahid's best friend Tahir assigned him and Seher to the same tent as they were a couple. Best friends are indeed troublemakers sometimes.
Mahid had no choice but to share a tent with Seher. Mahid told Seher he tried to tell Tahir to get them seperate tents but he didnt listen.
Seher said whatever he wants will happen and she left the tent. Mahid knew he had to talk to her.
Mahid was looking around for Seher and just then he saw her flying the kite very happily. Smiling and laughing. Mahid looked at her adorably. He never knew the charm Seher's smile and laughter had.
More than curious who was winning, it was Seher that got all his attention. He never realized how beautiful his wife is. Not only beautiful she was a kind soul too. A kid was losing and on verge of tears. Seher left her kite went to her and made her win. She cheered the kid up and she smiled. This scene brought a smile on Mahid's stern face.
Just then Dada Huzur came to discuss with some matters regarding Madrasa with Mahid. After a long discussion, Mahid looked and Seher wasn't there. He went to the kid and asked who informed him she went to find her kite that got lost.
Mahid went around to look for Seher and just then he sees a sight that concerns him. She climed on a tree to get her kite and was about to fall. He quickly rushed but was a bit late as she fell down.
Seher started crying in pain as she twisted her ankle. Mahid helps her to walk to the tent but she couldn't. Mahid scolded her for climbing the tree. He then carries her with his arms and took her to the tent.
Seher tells Mahid to apply ointment and to move her ankle in certain angles.
Mahid: Looks like you got hurt on your head too.
Seher: Do as I say.
She tells her she has done it before and it helped her Ammi. Mahid listens to her and does so, she closes her eyes in pain but soon stands on her feet. Mahid was surprised how she got her own ankle treated.
Seher: Thanks for helping me!
Mahid doesnt say anything and leaves.
As Mahid is walking around, he collides with Seher again. He asked about her ankle and she said its totally fine now.
Seher: I am confused about you. Sometimes you are a devil, sometimes you are an angel. What are you actually?
Mahid: About that I have something to tell you.
Seher: Ya Allah! That means you really are..
Mahid: You don't think before speaking?!
Mahid tells her he needs to tell her something about the incident at dinner table the other day. Seher gets scared and he said he won't scold her.
Mahid finally opened to Seher and told that his late Ammi used to prepare Galaouti Kebab for him and it reminded him of her.
Seher: I noticed there was something off. Even the other day at the Minar, you look really bothered about your Ammi. I am your wife. You can tell me.
Mahid recalls his past and tells Seher everything.
Mahid: My Ammi...she had committed suicide...infront of me!
Seher felt really sorry for him and tears flowed through her eyes. She held his hand.
Seher: I did not know you were hiding so much pain inside your heart!
Mahid: Whatever I did that day I am sorry for that. I know I hurt you a lot that day. Please forgive me if possible.
Seher: That I already did!
Mahid: I wish my Ammi never did so!
Mahid hugs Seher and cries while she tries to console him.
Just then Tahir comes there rushing with a worried and concerned look.
Tahir: Mahid Miah, Bhabijaan ... Something happened to Dada Huzur!
Mahid and Seher rushed to check on Dada Huzur.
Seher: He is having a stroke!
Seher with her medical knowledge did what she could and also told Mahid to help her by making Dada Huzur lie down on a flat surface. Mahid does so and soon Dada Huzur was taken to hospital.
At the hospital, everyone was worried for Dada Huzur. Mahid was almost in verge of tears. Seher goes to him.
Mahid: I won't be able to take it if he doesn't. He did so much for me... If needed, I am ready to sacrifice my lifespan for him.
Seher: Don't worry Mahid, Dada Huzur will recover!
The doctor comes and said Dada Huzur is saved mainly due to the swift action taken by Seher and appreciates her knowledge. Mahid is thankful to Seher and is proud of her.
Next day,
They were back home. As Mahid went to his room he found Seher looking at the stars from the window. Mahid came and sat beside her. He thanked her for saving Dada Huzur again.
She said it was her duty to do so. Mahid appreciates her intelligence and asked how she had so much knowledge on such medical stuff. Just then tears escaped from Seher's eyes. She did not say anything and went to slesp.
Mahid understood there was pain in her eyes. He could not bear it. He touched her hands and asked her.
Mahid: You can tell me...
Seher: There is no point... (leaving her hands)
Mahid looked at her. He did not like seeing her down, he enjoyed it when she was cheerful and happy. What hurt her suddenly?!
Next day,
Mahid could not sleep the whole night thinking what hurt Seher that she could not share. After they went back home, Mahid suggested Seher to stay at her parents place for 2-3 days and she agreed happily.
Mahid dropped her off and Seher was smiling as she was going to meet her Ammi after a long time. Mahid smiled too with her and also thinking what magic she has done on him?!
They went to Seher's parents house. Kausar opened the door and Seher hugged her happily. Kausar smiled and kissed on her forehead. He liked seeing their bond.
As they went in, Parvez requested Mahid to stay till dinner and he agreed. As Parvez went outside and Seher was helping Asad with his homework, Mahid decided to speak with Kausar to know about what bothered Seher.
Kausar then revealed that Seher's dream since childhood was to be a doctor. She was always the top student in her class and she was very passionate about studying medical and wants to become a doctor. She was preparing for her NEET but then her father found out and ruined all her books. Instead of supporting her dreams, he beat her up, threatened her and later forced her to get married. Now Mahid understood why Seher became upset when he appreciated her medical knowledge.
Soon, Parvez came back and then they sat for dinner. Mahid looked at Parvez angrily. He never liked him and could tell he did not have good intentions and faked being nice. But he didn't expect him to be such a cruel father to Seher. He looked at Seher who was nervous around him.
Mahid: Since we are done with dinner, we should leave now. Seher let's go now.
Seher: But wasn't I suppose to stay here for 2-3 days?!
Mahid: I changed my mind. Let's go!
Seher: But...
Parvez: Seher you must always listen to your husband! If he tells you to go, you go!
Seher had no choice but to agree. In the whole journey she didn't speak a word to Mahid as she was upset with him. She wanted to spend time with her Ammi.
Mahid: I know you are upset you couldn't spend time with your Ammi. You can call her to our place some other day.
Seher: What's the point you will change your mind anyway?!
Mahid didn't say anything.
2 days later,
Mahid and Seher pray together. After finishing their prayers, Seher is about to go sleep again.
Mahid: Where are you going?
Seher: To sleep again.
Mahid: Forget about it. You will do as I say!
Mahid holds her hand. He makes her sit on the table.
Seher: What are you doing??
Just then she notices a lot of books related to NEET preparations.
Seher: These...
Mahid: From now on you will prepare for your NEET and medical admission. Dr Fareed told me the next test is in 1 and half month if not you have to wait for a year!
Seher: You have no problem with me studying further and become a doctor?!
She looked at him with hope.
Mahid: Why would I have problem? It's a good thing to be a doctor moreover there are really less female doctors in our community.
Seher: But the elders will...
Mahid: When the time comes I will explain to them. You don't worry about that. Now your focus is on your NEET exams. If you fail this time, like you said I will change my mind again. I have prepared the schedule with Dr Fareed's help, you have to follow it. Already a lot of time has been wasted.
Seher: But I will need to help in the kitchen...
Mahid: I will tell that I do not want you in the kitchen for a while month cause of the kebab incident and you will be with me instead to help im the Madrasa.
Seher: Why are you doing so much for me? Even lying...
Mahid: If you study and become successful, you will be an inspiration to many kids in our Madrasa. This in a way is a help too!
Seher: You can lie well. And you call me mischievous.
Mahid looks at Seher angrily. She immediately takes a book and starts studying.
Days pass by,
Seher studies a lot and sometimes when Mahid goes to Dr Fareed for his session he brings Seher too, and Dr Fareed tests her or gives her advise.
At home, Mahid reads out the questions while Seher answers them. While doing so, there was a topic about physical intimacy. Mahid read the question halfway and understood. He stopped. Seher took the book and practiced those questions awkwardly, and they both look at each other shy.
As more days pass by, Seher continues to study while Mahid helps her cover by making various excuses.
One rainy night, Mahid comes a little late from outside and looks for Seher.
He doesnt find her anywhere and then he finds her at the balcony feeling the rain droplets with her hand.
Mahid looked at her and he gets very attracted to her. Seher looked at him happily
Seher: Mahid, you came?
They get back to their room. Mahid tells Seher he brought dry fruits for her which she can eat while studying. He also brought another thing for her. He took out a pair of earrings. Seher was very happy and she smiled brightly looking it them.
Seher: Such beautiful Jhumkas! Mahid, help me wear it!
Mahid makes her wear the Jhumkas and he lovingly looks at her while doing so. He love how she got so happy over such a small thing. The spark on her eyes said so. Just then his ring gets stuck on her hair. Mahid slowly untangles it and his eyes is diverted at Seher's. Mahid sides Seher's hair and touches her face while she innocently looks at him. What a gem!
He comes close to her and hugs her. Seher instead of backing off, reciprocates the hug. They were in the moment. They were so lost in the moment unaware of everything else. They found comfort in each other's embrace.
Mahid made Seher lie on the bed and kisses on her forehead as Seher looks at him lovingly. They get close, and two souls became one that day.
Next day,
Mahid woke up and saw Seher lying next to him sleeping peacefully. He smiled recalling their moments yesterday. She became all his. All his... It happened all of a sudden. Just then the sunlight rays hit her. He covered with his hands to prevent her sleep from being disrupted.
Soon, Seher opens her eyes and she looks at Mahid. They look at each other. Mahid decides to speak.
Mahid: Whatever happened yesterday...
Seher: I did not regret it Mahid. You are my husband. It's your right...
Mahid: Did I hurt you?
Seher nods no.
Mahid tells Seher to fresh up and get back to studying to make up for yesterday night. Seher smiled looking at Mahid. She gives a kiss on his cheek and then shy she went to her table. Mahid smiled and that was enough to make his day.
Finally, it was the day of Seher's admission test. Seher and Mahid are on the way as Dr Fareed's driver drops them off. Seher is nervous and Mahid holds her hand.
Mahid: I have full faith in you, Seher.
Seher smiled.
Seher alighted from the car and went in to give her test. Mahid smiled as she went in.
Seher came back after the test was over. Mahid tensely asked how it was.
Seher cried and said the paper was so hard and she messed up. Mahid said sometimes she gets distracted but it's okay she gave her best. Seher laughs and said she was kidding and the test went really well.
Mahid: Seriously?!
Seher: I scared you, right?!
Mahid and Seher leaves.
At night,
Mahid sits on the desk and he took out a notebook.
Mahid: When Seher will start her college, I will gift her this diary.
Mahid wrote a letter for Seher. He recalls his moments with Seher. From the moment they first met and collided, when she was covered in blue veil but her eyes caught his attention. And then when he followed her when she was in trouble. When she passed her the beads of the Tasbi he unintentionally broke, just like this she joined his broken heart too. He recalled their Nikkah and then the moment when she flew the kite, and how she held his hand when he recalled his painful past of his Ammi. And then how she gets happy over small things. Then their intimate moments. After that at last when he dropped her at the exam venue and she walked confidentially.
Mahid: Allah thank you for bringing Seher to my life. I am blessed and thankful for this life. I don't need anything else except one thing. Please make my Seher a successful doctor one can look up to. Fulfill all her dreams.
Mahid went to bed and closed his eyes as he went into a deep sleep...

Hope you all liked it. I really love this pair so I decided to write this TS. The second part will be a continuation and will be on Seher’s POV instead. Also the 2nd part won’t be as sweet as the 1st part 😅
