I would choose a temporary sacrifice over a death any day!! people need to really start looking at this matter more practically! Nikhat was nearly dead and had to be taken to the hospital!!

Zoya was sure that Asad was asking for a temporary sacrifice hence she signed! that is exactly why she told Ayaan to drop her to the Khan mansion as soon as the Maulavi left!

however what pissed her off was the fact that Asad knew that Zoya had to live there for a few weeks and not for just a day or two!

I'm sorry to say, but if Asad is wrong in calling Zoya, then Zoya is just as wrong in keeping the ring on her finger. If Asad calling her is considered infidelity...or the first steps to it, then Zoya thinking about him and keeping her engagement ring is also considered the first steps. What happened to emotional cheating? There's two sides to everything, and blame game just can't go on one person. Asad hasn't expressed anything that would even consider this to be cheating. He hasn't told her he can't live without her, or he wants to see her, or any of the sort. Where as Zoya has made it clear more than once that Asad is the only one for her. She made it clear to Ayaan and even wrote the note to Asad that the only thing she can't live without is him. If Zoya is a married woman, then she is the one who's crossing the lines to infidelity is she not? Sorry to burst the bubble here but those don't look like the actions of a "faithful" wife. Asad only called her to explain to her he would fix everything. Zoya is angry right now and that's all this is. If she considered herself as Ayaan's wife, she wouldn't be keeping another man's engagement ring on.
And your point on Zoya being American, and no matter how independent we are, we don't get into extramarital affairs? So American women don't get involved or cheat, is that what you're saying? If so, have you looked at the infidelity rates in the U.S. Being independent and progressive has nothing to do with cheating. I don't condone the behavior, but there are plenty of reasons why people cheat and infidelity happens...A LOT. Some of the most successful women are involved with other men while being married. There are plenty of progressive single women who get involved with married men as well. I think that statement is contradictory in itself.

Hai ho rabba. Itna dimak to maine kabhi Masters' ke exam mein bhi nahin lagaya. Everyone is right, but its only a soap opera, thoda chill maro. The planning of the story happens from 15 days to the next 15 days, so the story is bound to deviate, be illogical and sometimes discontinuous. But that is how soap operas across the world work. They begin with a basic theme and tracks keep changing according to audience preferences, external events etc. Dont bang your heads trying to understand writers' long term aims, believe me they have no idea either🤣
PS - I have worked in a PH, so I know how they exactly operate. I think the writers will be super impressed by some of the debates and interpretations on this forum. Very cool:)

So she put herself in danger to save najma life....is it her fault tht she end up getting married to ayaan accidentally ...NO... Is it her fault tht she couldnt save najma...well No...

Asad just took zoe as granted...who is he to take her decision?😡 ... Zoe need to find some one better for herself...who wouldn't sell her or rent her no matter wht the situation is 😕...girl pack your bag..i ll get you a ticket to new york😆.😆..i want asad to learn a lesson before zoe forgive him...
N i kinda hate dadi...she is trying to play cupid for zoyaan...

In red above; if Z was willing to save one of Asad's sisters, then why not the other as she very well knows how much he loves all his siblings??

Yes I agree she needs to get the hell out of these twisted, confused and SELFISH Khans lives foe good if she has any self respect left!

It would be so good now that Mr. Khan realizes the implications of his actions... how about to begin with realize that he pushed Zoya under the wheels by forcing her into this marriage? And that he himself got the marriage solemnized so now he has no right... no claims on her.

They are making it all a disgusting business.

No Ayaan is not at fault here...the entire fault is Asad's because he was supposedly Zoya's fiance and not Ayan...Zoya wasn't expecting any such behavior from Ayan.

Also he asked her if she trusted him and in is love for her on more than one occasion during this whole disgusting fiasco then only to break it so unmercifully ... Faith and trust in someone once broken can never be rebuilt to its original essence...

I for one think that all of them are at fault...and the most at fault is the writing that has shoved this crap down our throats...I have no sympathy for women who raise their voice only when the damage is done...Zoya is doing exactly that...

As for Asad..he doesn't know only what has hit him...agreed..he had no right to force Zoe..but she could and should have put her foot down...and as everyone here agrees, Asad does not know the marriage is invalid...but he does know it is temporary and that is what he wants to re-assure to Zoe too...because he knows what marriage means to her...so actually more than trying to re-assure her, he is re-assuring himself...

Ayan is a jerk..he manipulates every single person to his whims and fancies...Humz and Asad top that list...to me each of them is at fault...not one person...and if I may quote Lord Krishna "The bigger sinner is the one who tolerates injustice, not the one who metes it out"

Asad's character has been butchered to make Zoya look good...which makes QH another abla naari promoting show...and I do not think that's fair...

Agreed, nowhere have I ever said that I sympathize with Zoya, on the contrary I am literally does gusted at her behavior...she went out on the day of her marriage impulsively and thereafter the unfortunate circumstances took place...but for that does she deserve to be traded as a pawn ...definitely not. But saying that the person who is accountable the most is Asad... He had no right force upon his choice on Zoya...as for Ayaan the only think he knows is to demand things from his brother and throughout history Asad has provided him with all his tantrums...that is exactly what Ayaan did...throw out one of his tantrums like a little kid...as if Zoya was a toy whereas Asad was Zoya's fiance.
