Talaknama shaart if i am not mistaken is not divorce but all the shaarts in order to obtain a divorce. Normally in a Muslim nikhah a sum of money is mentioned during nikhah as collateral for the bride . It may not just be cash alone but other things as well and those are always mentioned in a Talak nama shaart in case in future should the groom decide to talak the bride than whatever is declared in the Talaknama will and shall be given to the bride.😕😕
I maybe wrong as i am not a Muslim but i have lived in a Muslim country all my life and more or less know some what of their traditions. I also checked with my maid who is a Muslim😊😊.
