Talaknama shaart if i am not mistaken is not divorce but all the shaarts in order to obtain a divorce. Normally in a Muslim nikhah a sum of money is mentioned during nikhah as collateral for the bride . It may not just be cash alone but other things as well and those are always mentioned in a Talak nama shaart in case in future should the groom decide to talak the bride than whatever is declared in the Talaknama will and shall be given to the bride.😕😕

I maybe wrong as i am not a Muslim but i have lived in a Muslim country all my life and more or less know some what of their traditions. I also checked with my maid who is a Muslim😊😊.

I mean no offence to my Muslim friends and if i am mistaken please take the liberty to correct me. Thank You.

i am not a muslim and not living in a muslim country either...and i really have a doubt...for nikaah...like they say QH three times (najma said na)...the same wise...i think they should say talak also 3 times...

i really dunno...am i right or wrong...pls any muslim friends tell me...the rules of talak...

Yes for the man to divorce he says Talak 3 times but a woman has to file for Divorce and go thru the religious court

During nikha they have to say qh 3 time likewise during Talak also they have to say talaq 3 times
