It was not shart but sharai, pertaining to the sharia laws I guess...

It was clearly written as sharai in hindi also...

So, maybe... just maybe... along with nikahnama, Zoya and Ayaan may also have signed the talaqnama...

Let's see how it plays out...

You are right i have never heard of talaq shart. It's not like that just by saying main tumhe talaq deta hoon doesn't change anything they have to go through the procedure which is signing the divorce papers and submit them in the court. Both the wife and husband are suppose to do this both are suppose to go to court to get divorce. Yes if a husband gives you divorce he has to give you the mehr which was written in the nikha nama. But if a woman divorce you, she can't take the mehr. There is no shart for talaq. Plus Gul is portraying Islam in a very negative way 😡

This post is by Diviya27... In the first picture you can clearly see that it is a talaqnama and the word starting with sh is hidden, buy the last letter is visible, which is hindi letter "EE" so my guess is that it definitely cannot be Shart...

In remaining pics, you cannot clearly read the word but there are three letters, and shart will only have two letters...but I am open to be contradicted.. :)
