nikhila is shocked that the papers were not divorce papers,but palak and prasan's case ki papers..gauri tells shiv the date has been fixed for the hearing..shiv looks relieved,but nikhs looked like she ate shit.maya taunts palak for getting free publicity through the case..gauri tells palak not to worry..the press aks prasan if the accusation of rape against him is true..ippy tells them that her bro is innocent...she sees shiv and gives one lethal look.shiv comes to his room.gauri gives him some papers she recieved frm the lawyer.he thinks those are divorce papers and she wud have read the papers and is upset..gauri thinks he is upset abt palak's case..she assures him that everything will be fine.he opens the cover and is shocked to see the divorce papers..gauri sees this and asks if something is wrong and asks him to show the papers..he hesitatingly tells her that they are some important office ki papers.....in the night,shiv is not able to sleep...he thinks how gauri will react to the truth..but decides to tell her everthing for her good.
kaya comes to see gauri..gauri is upset that her dad didnt come to see her..mahen sees her upset and tells her that he will take her to her dad's place.ram doesnt want to cheat people and raise money for the mandir...his friends try to misguide him....one of the fellows purposely comes in front of mahen's car and pretends to have been hit...his friends make a big scene out of this knowing that mahen will give them some good money..he writes a check for rs 5000..the guy is very happy that the plan worked...but ram comes there and tells mahen the truth...mahen is impressed with this guy....ram tells him that the rich normally makes an excuse everytime he approaches them for money for the mandir.....mahen hands over the check to ram and tells him to keep the money....ram is vey happy and gives mahen the receipt.mahen asks him what he does..he shows an old taxi and says he drives it...mahen gives him his business card...but ram believes that only his hard work can make him successful and leaves.alok is tensed abt kaaya...he goes out and sees kaaya and asks her why she is so late..he sees gauri and is happy....gauri asks him why he didnt come to see her after her discharge frm hosptl...he sees mahen and walks back into the house....gauri requests him to forgive mahen....she says she doesnt care abt the dhoka that family gave her coz this got her closer to shiv.alok gives a serious thinking....the press asks mahen what will the court decide....mahen avoids them...they find maya who is more than happy to talk to them..her hubby pulls her away frm there.ippy,anupam and prasan reach the court with their lawyer.
palak's lawyer tells the court that prasan took advantage of palak and humiliated her..palak's story says prasan called her to the room.he locked the room and forced himself on her to avenge for insulting him all the time.prasan tells the court that he wanted to clear all the misunderstandings betn them.the court takes a break...outside the courtroom,shiv sees ippy...she comes to him and asks him if he has spoken to gauri abt the divorce..he tells her he needs some time to do this and now that gauri is helping palak in the case..he cant do anything..ippy is furious to hear this and tells him that he is sympathising with gauri coz she is helping palak..she sees gauri looking at them and goes away ..gauri tells shiv not to worry...everything will go on well.
prasan's lawyer calls mahesh pandey..his witness...who is pro photographer...he tells the court that he knows the truth...he had gone to the room to get his camera fixed..but something came up..so,he left his camera in the room unknown to him that the recording button was on...the court asks for the video....the video is played..it shows palak and prasan in that room..palak faking those screams to make it appear like prasan was trying to molest her..prasan looks helpless...everyone is stunned...palak requests to stop the video...comes to the witness box and says she lied....prasan didnt do anything..she did all this to take revenge and to insult him.
