Pia- no baby, Rano-abnormality

wat if.. Pia is not really pregnant and all is an act.. and wen Rano goes into labour Pia claims she is too.. then wen the nurse cums she announces that pia gave birth to a boy and Ranos baby was still born (switchin babies) but wat Pia doesnt knw is that Ranos child is born wiv a disabilty which is not visible.. so no one suspects the Babies bein switched.. then later on as the story progresses rano learns somit off Bani and does a bit of spyin and she realises that whom Pia claims is her child is actually Ranos as she remembers the docs tellin her that her child will be abnormal..
