Priya -Ram,I m scared.Maa kya karna chahti hain.If Maan knows this ,he will have the house on his head.
Ram- No priya,don't worry.we both tried but nothing changed. Let maa try once.maa ne ek baat bilkul sahi kahi ki shadi ke baad agar Sameera ko Geet aur Maan ke baare me pata chala, to dosti to chodo wo Geet ko Maan ke aas paas bhi nahin rahne degi.Jab un dono ka rishta tootna hi hai to kyun na ek chance liya jaaye.
Priya-mujhe bahut darr lag raha hai.
Ram-Let's sleep Priya. It's late, dekhte hain ki destiny kya chahti hai Maan aur Geet ke liye?
Next morning
Every thing looked at place from out side.Savitriji knew all truths now and the better side was that she took it all calmly and it did not effect her health.
on Breakfast Savitriji told Ram to stay back at home for some time as she wanted to talk to him over some issues like to fix the date of engagement.She wanted to talk to Pandit about the date.
She asked Maan too but he replied what she expected from him-I have work at office and fix any date what you want.I don't have any objection
and he left for the office without having the breakfast.
Priya-Maan have your break fast first
Maan-maa I m getting late.
Savitriji smiled on her first victory because Maan reacted in very irritated way on the name of engagement.agar khush hota to zaroor rukta.
Ram saw her smiling and asked-why are you smiling maa
Savitriji-My plan has started.
Priya-by keeping him hungry? she was confused
Savitriji-priya kitni bholi ho, bhala Maan ko bhookha rakh ke main kise khush ho sakti hoon
Ram-what do you mean?
Savitriji-Arrey.Office mein Geet hai na wo dekh legi usko don't worry. Ram maine socha hai ki 15 din ke baad Maan ka birthday aa raha hai to kyun na hum engagement bhi ussi din rakh len?
Ram-Idea to achcha hai.Par he will be sad on his birthday.
Savitriji-Agar engagement nahin bhi karenge to bhi to dukhi hi hoga kyunki khushi to dil me hoti hai jab dil hi udaas ho to birthday par kaisi khushi.
Ram-okey I will inform Pammiji.
Savitriji-nahin abhi nahin teen char din pahle bataana.unhen kuchh khas preparation nahin karni hai because engagement will be in KM.
Ram-Maa.Will you please tell me what you are going to do?
Savitriji-tumhare bewakoof bete ko thodi si akal dede ki koshish kar rahi hoon.usko ye ahsaas dilana hai ki jo wo kar raha hai us se wo kabhi kahush nahin rah paayega .achcha ab zara Geet ko phone lagaao
Priya-kyun maa?
Savitriji-Priya tumhara beta office bina kuchh khaaye hi chala gaya .ab wo gusse me lunch bhi nahin karega to usko kuchh khilana hai ki nahin?
Ram shook his head on his mother's drama and dialled Geet's number.
Geet saw her phone it was a call from KM.
she picked up -Hello
Savitriji-Geet how are you?
Geet-good morning dadi. I m fine and thanks for every thing
Savitriji- Are you happy that your friend is going to be engaged to your sister? off course you will be.tum yahi to chahti thi na.aur main tumse mafi bhi maangna chahti thi ki maine jaane anjaane tumhen maan ki hone wali patni samajh kar kya kya kaha. tumse karwachauth ka fast bhi karwa dia.I hope tum mujhe maaf kar dogi
Geet felt the core of her eyes burnt-Nahi dadi mujhe bura nahin laga . aap ko sach to pata nahin tha na
Savitriji-achcha Geet mera ek kaam karogi Maan aa jaaye to zara dekh lena ki usne nashta kiya ki nahin wo kya hai na aaj zara jaldi me ghar se chala gaya.ek baar kaam me lag gaya to kuchh bhi yaad nahin rahega usse
Geet-theek hai dadi, I will see, don't worry.
Few minutes passed and Maan came he was looking irritated. After few minutes Geet went to his cabin-Good morning Maan
hearing the voice Maan calmed down -Good morning Geet.any thing important?
Geet-haan wo Mr.Sahni ka phone aaya tha he wants to meet to discuss the plan on site it self.tumhen bhi chalna hai
Maan-Hmmm..at what time?
Geet-11 0'clock
Maan-Theek hai
Geet-but ek problem hai.Actually I was getting late in the morning, to aaj main bina kuchh khaaye hi office aa gayi.It will be late on site to main to bhookhi hi rah jaaoongi.
Maan-have your breakfast first.
Geet-Akele khaane ka mann nahin hai.tum mere saath breakfast karoge?
Maan-nahin, I had my breakfast
Geet-it's ok.Chalo meetinmg ke liye chalte hain.and she stood to go.
Maan-Geet first have your breakfast.chalo main bhi kha leta hoon tumhaare saath.
his hunger too woke up hearing the name of breakfast.They went to Canteen and ordered their break fast.Geet smiled to see him eating in a hurry due to hunger.Maan saw her smiling and and smiled back too on being caught.
they left for the meeting after having their breakfast. and while they returned, It was lunch time and both had their lunch too on the way.
Ram came office after lunch time and came to know that Maan had his breakfast and lunch with Geet,He was happy to know it
and from there savitriji every now and then did something which made Maan irritate at home and she always involved Geet without letting her know what's going on in her mind and poor Geet did what Savitriji asked her to do.
One day after dinner,when all were sitting and chatting savitriji talked about Geet intentionally.She praised her in such a sugary way that Maan's heart beated fast hearing Geet's name.
Savitriji-Geet is such a nice girl,haia na Maan.Maan saw her.but said nothing.she again said -sab ko kitni jaldi apna bana leti hai.
Maan smiled at her thought-(ST)Haan par uski kismat mre koi apna nahin hai.usse to jaise har pal yahi lagta hai ki ek sach aur sab kuchh khatm.Aap jiski itni taarif kar rahi hain usko aap se hi sabse jyada darr lagta hai ki kahin sach jaanne ke baad aap uss se nafrat na karne lagen.
Savitriji-I think Sameera aur maan ki engagement ke baad humen uske liye bhi ek achcha sa ladka dhoondhna chahiye jo usse bahut pyar se rakhe
Maan's heart forgot to beat for few seconds.he knew that after his marriage Geet too will marry some one else and he was ready for that but so soon? He excused himself and went to his room.Savitriji again smirked thinking that arrow hit on the center point.
Maan was restless now. jitna easy ye sab socha tha karne mein utna easy nahin tha.
Next day he went to office and went to Geet's cabin.She was there.He went in and set on the chair.he want to see her.and he felt peace at his heart.Geet saw him-Good Morning Maan
Maan lazily-Good Morning
Geet-Kya hua Maan.Kuchh kaam tha kya.
Maan -no.But my heart is not in work today.
Geet-To office kyun aaye ghar par rest karte.
Maan-Ghar par bhi mann nahin lag raha tha.tum apna kaam karo.Can I stay here for some time if you are not disturbed.He wanted to stay near her as much as possible as if some one was coming to take her away from him
Geet-It's your office maan.You can stay here as much as you want.mujhe bas ye plan final karna hai.i will finish my work soon.
Maan-Hmm... and he picked up a magazine which was lying there. but peeped behind the magazine, he looked at her.The way she was doing her work.he noticed that she put the pencil between her teeth while searching the mistakes in the plan and when she found it she hit her head with her hand as she was stupid.she was talking to herself while thinking to do the corrections and when it was done she shook her head as well as her eyebrows with satisfaction. and smiled too as she was some genius, He was amused to see her.how can a person do the work in such a cute way as she was doing it by losing herself in the work. They worked many times together but he never noticed her because of being busy in work. Today he was free without any work so he was checking her out.
Geet wrapped up her work and called Maan but he was still lost in the cute antics of Geet which he witnessed few minutes ago.
Geet-Maan. Maan. she saw him again and went near him and took the magazine and she found that he was holding it with a lose hand that means he was not reading lt.She waved her hand infront of his eyes and called little loudly -MAAN
and Maan was just out of his dreamland and saw Geet had wraped her work up and waiting for him with her raised eyebrows.Maan smiled to see her-Geet coffee piyogi mere saath.Geet nodded and went to have their coffee.Maan heart was at peace and he said-Thanks for having the coffee with me.I m active now.let me finish my work and both went to their work
In other words the purpose of Dadi making him habitual of being around Geet more and more was getting successful
Once she invited Sameera on lunch as it was Sunday.She intentionally invited her alone. After having lunch all excused themselves pretending that they had some work.Maan too excused himself but Dadi said-Maan where are you going.She is your would be wife,spend some time with her as it will help you both to know each other well.Main thoda rest kar leti hoon
Maan was sitting with Sameera.They were not talking at all.Sameera saw him and said -Maan what's wrong with you? we know each other well from so long still you are searching for words to talk to me.Saying this she came close to him and kept her hand on his but he immediately pulled his hand and excused himself-Sameera I will just come in few minutes. You wait here.and hurriedly he went from there. After few minutes he returned while talking on phone-What are you saying Adi? why didn't you tell me before. No,don't do that.I m coming in some time you keep the papers ready.
He cut the call and said to Sameera-I m sorry Sam.I will have to go as it is emergency.I will tell driver to drop you at home. Okey
Sameera-But Maan..
but he was out before she could complete her words. Sam too left without disturbing any one. But she was annoyed
all the scene was witnessed by dadi -Maan you can't bear Sam for few hours and you want to marry her.
It's clear now that you don't like her all all.so I will not let this happen at any cost
She took a deep breath and laid on bed for some rest
