Friends I missed the first few minutes of SS today due since I reached home late from work today. I am so sorry. I am upating from that point in today's episode which I managed to watch.
Ira and Suli are in deep conversation trying to find out ways as how to dissuade Ammaji from granting Meera her wish. They try a couple of times but fail miserably. At that moment, Gauri was passing the hall. Ira calls her and asks her why she is in a foul mood. Gauri tells them that although she wants to leave for London, her father is not ready to leave and that's why she's upset. Ira tells her that she wanted to visit London too, and the only way is to stop Meera from passing on her wish to Ammaji during the Puja ceremony. They hatch a plan together.
Shan is looking for Gauri when he finds her in the Hall but she completely ignores him. Alaka also overhears their conversation. Shan tells her that he is worried about the children – Gauri is immature while Meera think too much about her mother. And this obsession is troubling him since he is worried about what Meera is going to ask from Ammaji. Alaka pacifies him by saying that nothing would happen the next day cos she had extracted a promise from ALaka not to highlight this issue.
The next day, idols of Ram and SIta are to be set up in the Bharadwaj House. Meera is busy formulating a plan to tell Ammaji her wish. Shlok tells her to make a demand for the wish. After he goes away, Abhi comes and tells Meera that she should make the wish on the basis of love and then the wish cannot be refused. He tells Meera that he is also asking for her heart but before answering, Meera runs away from him and goes straight to Lord Krishna. She is happy but at the same time, shy too.
At that moment, Ira comes and requests Meera to go with her to the temple to bring home the idols of Ram and Sita. After some hesitation, Meera agrees to go with Ira but makes it a point to her Aunt that they have to return early. The two of them go away. They erach the temple and the Priest informs them that they will have to wait for about an hour for the idols to come. Meera is not happy and wants to return immediately when Ira tells her that its only after they reach the house and set the idols in their working places, then only after that would the aartis start, so they had some more time at their hands.
Meera is very impatient and its only after an hour or so later, that the Panditji comes with the idols. Ira however instead of heading for the car, went on buying irrelevant stuff and thus causing time loss for Meera.
On the other hand, the idols of Krishna and Radha have already been set up in the house. Everybody is waiting for them. Ammaji tells the Head Purohit to start the Puja since they have only half an hour left for the auspicious moment to start. Raj, Abhi and Shlok looks really worried.
While coming down from the temple stairs, Ira feigns as if she is hurting in her legas and Meera runs hither-skither to get some medicine for Ira. As Meera disappears from the site, Ira gets up and starts smiling, thinking how easily she had been able to fool Meera. She turns on her cell phone. At that moment, the phone rings and she picks it up. Meera comes back to see her Aunt talking animatedly over the phone, without any reason. Meera sees through Ira's game and is very upset with her. She also tells Ira that whatever Ira had done is incorrect, since she had used God's name in performing the wrong deed. She promises to Ira that she will reach the House within time and be capable enuf to extract promise from Ammaji as promised by her. 😕
