I agree, what did Varsha do to Soham? Made him an illiterate, jaahil, ganwar, gunda mawali? What, arent there any schools in rural Bihar? I bet there are some elementary schools in Darbhanga! Even if she didnt want to send him to school but tie him to her apronstrings, couldnt she educate him at home? Shes educated herself...some mothers teach their kids at home, its called home schooling! Couldnt she do even that? Shes a disgusting woman! Even now shes making Soham do manual labor, why cant she send him to night school for adults? 😕 Padh likhkar koi achhi naukri kar sakega...why not try for that?

er ...she took away DEAD baby AROVI without mothers consent?

that is a crime ?

clearly i mentioned in my post ''dead or alive they had zilch right ' ?

Varsha got a legal punishment ?

Soham got a sentence ?

Onir got a legal punishment ?

Purvi has not ?

Taking a live baby away cannot be a bigger crime than taking away a woman's right to mourn her dead baby ? In both cases consent is not asked so it is a violation of rights ?

So what is she doing scot free when her place should be in jjail ?

Why should only Onir be punished ?

Why shouldn't court reprimand her for her whims when in the tyaag mood ?

I am talking of facts not an untruth ?

Anyways no one has to agree . Its my POV .

Again, purvi did not take the dead baby away.

Baby was delieved dead. The hospital followed protocol, whatever this is in India. Purvi did not deliever the child and then put it away somewhere. I do not believe Purvi was ever even shown with Arovi baby at any point.

Dr. Onir told Purvi what happend. Purvi said give Pari to them and dont tell them Arovi baby died.

She hid the truth from Ovi. She DID NOT TAKE away the child.

And again, I never denied that she was wrong. She is. And should serve punishment.

And again, THIS IS A CRIME. I never denied this.

My point is Purvi did not take the child away like Varsha kidnapped Soham. Purvi did not do anything with Arovi child except direct the coverup of the death and then giving her child away.

Then lets agree to disagree sk11 coz the video tape implicates her clearly . It is not just the physical act that the police see but also that the child kept in place was Purvi's child , WITH her consent and suggestion , WITH her instructions to the doctor NOT to let the lady know . This is not even debatable to me , so yes lets agree to disagree .

Kool, what you are trying to say is a figure of speech - that Purvi took away Ovi's baby - it is a pun. You have to say, that Purvi took away Ovi's right to see and mourn her baby - you can't employ fancy English to logic dear - just being direct helps I think, for some...
