Both Varsha and Purvi have taken away children from mothers , dead or alive they had zilch RIGHT .

Varsha was given a jail sentence .

Onir was punished by court , not to practice is like losing both hands for a doctor . It is a legal punishment .

Onir also got social ostracization , society pushed him on the roads and from a renowned doctor he was reduced to lifting crates of mangoes on the roads .

What legal punishment has Purvi got . Those 2 have got . What has this woman got coz the tape implicates her too .

Nothing . What is she doing roaming free on the roads , she should be in jail and if Arjun is incapable of taking care of the child and finds rotten nannies each time , the child must be taken in by social securities .

Family ostracization is nothing , it comes and goes with mood swings , the punishment must be legal like Varsha and Onir got . For her role in the baby swap she must pay .

Purvi did not take away Ovi's child.

Ovi's child died as a result of the accident.

Purvi actually gave her child to Ovi.

Purvi did not let ovi know about the death of the child.

Purvi told Onir to take away her dead child quietly without her consent and THAT is a crime

She kept her own child quietly in place without the woman's consent and THAT is a crime too

she should be convicted on 2 charges ,, the tape implicates her . She calling her horrendous actions 'tyaags' means diddly .

Never disagreed with your post.

Just wanted to clarify that Purvi DID NOT take away Ovi's child. The accident did. Purvi denied ovi the right to know her child passed but she did not take the child away like Varsha took away Soham.

Dunno how u construed my post

have made myself clearer in my latest one and the charges will stick as she DID those actions and they r crimes

she should be in jail as she should know her limits as a citizen , that whenever she is in the mood for tyaags she cannot do whatever she pleases

show the jail sentence and the ARVI reunion , no problem .

This line. You said purvi and Varsha have taken children away from mothers.

Varsha took away Soham from Archu. She kidnapped him. Ran away with him.

Purvi did not take away baby arovi. It was taken by the accident/fate whatever you want to call it.

Purvi denied Ovi right to know her baby died. And without her consent gave presented her child as Arovi baby.

There's a difference here.

How can purvi take away Ovi's baby , I mean all she did was hid the fact that her baby died and didn't let her even bury it ? Big deal

Ovi's baby is no less worthy because they were dead -.-

When you don't let a mom mourn their baby's death and bury it I don't see how it's not taking away 😔

Purvi and Varsha were put in same catergory of 'taking away' a child from their mothers. I clarified this by stating purvi did not take away arovi baby, it went on its own. But purvi denied ovi right to knowing her child died.

And who said dead baby isn't a baby?

Dead baby or live, it is a criminal offense. Obviously the reason Onir was jailed and then lost his medical license coz the defence tried to prove he did it for bhalaayi. There was not even a proper prosecuting team, ovi wasn't involved and arjun actually supported knowing the truth. In fact the people who should have been prosecuting him were defending him. If ovi had actually decided to take action, onir and purvi, if she was indicted, could face jail time.

Unfortunately EK shows such things in her shows without proper punishments served besides social ones.

Criminal justice seems not to exist in EK land except for "sometimes" like when girl lies and say family wants dowry or when u have to separate the main leads etc etc.
